Leaders - Worcester Arvostelua

Very quick to respond, upfront and honest, personable and professional. Leaders and especially Sophie Conway in particular have been great throughout my tenancy

I really had a great experience with leaders while renting a property managed by them.
Our property manager Ms Tierney Sutton was extremely helpful right from the onboarding process to each and every stage of tenancy.
She was very professional and patient and was always there to help us in case of any issues or help required.
She deserves more than a 5 star for all the assistance provided.

Where do I start! All they want is money money money money. Black mould was not ever sorted, they put my rent up every single year since I moved in (the latest amount being £70) when I explained how I can’t afford it and it would leave me out of packet the response was “make sure you pay your rent” we went without heating at all completely broke every single one for three years!! Left without a shower for two weeks (no water at all) was told if I don’t like the rental increase you can hand a notice in to leave. Phone was put down on me. Emails got ignored. They have no care at all for the tenant and will do anything possible to drain you out of money. Honestly don’t bother

Lewis at Leaders is very attentive and keeps me updated well with the number of issues we have experienced in the property. Sadly the same can't be said for everyone there but my dealings with Lewis have been a pleasure and he does install confidence that he will see any issues that arise through to a satisfactory resolution.

As a landlord with multiple properties I have dealt with several Lettings agencies and many staff members over the years that I have been in this business.
Lewis at Leaders worcester is simply the best. He has made my life so much my easier, consistently, quickly and cheerfully helping resolve any issues for my tenants or myself. This has taken a great deal of the pressure off me which is important given my property is out of my local area. I have total confidence it is being well managed with the utmost professionalism.
It is always a pleasure to deal with Lewis who has provided service which is second to none. He is a real credit to Leaders, which I hope is recognised by his employers.

Leaders has been managing the letting of my property for over 8 years. I am always satisfied with their services. I find their charges are reasonable.

Mr Lewis Langdell has been my property manager for the last few years. He is always informative and responds promptly to my queries.

I recommend Leaders to after your property.

Rented with Leaders for almost 4 years, lovely members of staff but our property manager Lewis was always so understanding, helpful, reliable and professional. A big thank you to everyone , great team!

I have had my property managed by Leaders for many years. Approximately, three years ago Lewis Langdell assumed responsibility for the property; my experience was transformed!
He is exceptionally professional and polite and proactive in nature. We developed an excellent relationship and I can rely on Lewis to assist with any problems that I may encounter.

We are fortunate to have Lewis as our contact at Leaders in Worcester. He always rings back if we contact him. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he makes renting a property easy.
He is always pleasant and helpful and will propose ways to overcome any problems we may have.

I've always found the staff at leaders very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and always happy to help, especially Lewis, who is my property manger, he's always polite, professional, nothing is too much trouble for him, always available to help in anyway possible, absolute star.

From summer that I kept applying for houses or flats to rent in Worcester needing to move from Hereford, most of them being under Leaders.I have been refused absolutely everytime ,first because landlords won't rent to me as i have a small child,i wonder all those 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom houses who rented them if no childrens were allowed, then several landlords wouldn't rent to smokers even if I wouldn't have smoked in the house, all this while I was working full time,in September I became a full time student, therefore my need to move, they continued to refuse me if I didn't had a guarantor ,finally sorted the guarantor ,now they refused me because I had an Debt Relief Order. Someome should actually look better on how this letting agency works because all I had from them was a permanent discrimination

Lewis Langdell has managed my property for some time. Great service always making himself available and deals with issues as soon as they occur or requested to. Thanks Lewis

Tierney Sutton has been managing my property for a while now and she's been amazing. Always replies quickly and keeps me informed. Any issues she sorts it ASAP. Cracking service.

Lewis has been managing my property for several years. He always answers my calls straight away. He is very helpful & liaises well between my tenants and myself. I am often away and it has been essential to have Leaders manage my property.

Lewis is really helpful and gets straight on a job when needed. Been a pleasure dealing with him while renting. He is a credit to Leaders.

The best letting agency I've ever encountered. They handle everything promptly, and the support team is outstanding—especially Tierney, who is incredible. I highly recommend Leaders to anyone seeking accommodation.

Natalie in lettings is professional and thorough. She is very knowledgeable about her job and applies herself with confidence and kindness. I would definitely recommend Natalie in her role as property manager.

A big thank you to Tierney who has managed my properties. Tierney is always polite and professional, and always prompt to advise and support with any questions and maintenance requirements.
