Leaders - Warrington Arvostelua

Becky was brilliant from start to finish, she clearly explained the renting process and supported me throughout. Excellent.

Leaders we’re very profesional and efficient with my rental, Alisha was so helpful and kept me informed during the whole process, a personal touch that was very much appreciated.

Alisha was amazing throughout the whole process, so helpful and responsive ! Such a smooth and easy move with them 😊

Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient and work extremely hard to give support and follow up. A great team! They made what could have been a very stressful moving process so much easier, a huge thanks from me. - Tim

The experience with Alisha Henrys was absolutely amazing. She provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to communicate and support us in the best possible way.

Alisha consistently made herself available to assist us on multiple occasions, exhibiting a friendly demeanor and promptly addressing all of our inquiries.

Initially, we had concerns regarding this operation. However, once we had our first conversation with Alisha, she approached the challenge with enthusiasm and a strong commitment to excellence. Throughout the entire process, she kept us well-informed and maintained an open and effective line of communication. As a result, we are now on the verge of completing the process, completely satisfied with the outstanding service Alisha provided.

We would like to extend our special thanks to Daniel Trueman for his invaluable assistance through emails and chat. His support has been tremendously helpful and greatly appreciated.

I have been utterly blown away by the care and attention from the team at Leaders as I worked to find a rental property! Highly recommended and all of the team Becky, Allysha and Lauren have been seriously exceptional! I run a training business where customer service has to be GOOD to impress me and boy did Leaders impress me! Highly Recommended!

From start to finish everyone we have been involved with has been really helpful and very welcoming! Definitely made our experience enjoyable and hassle free! Would highly recommend and thank you to all the staff who have helped us during our move!

It is very good experience with leader's.They Manager very well and process goes very smooth. Thanks for your support during moment.

The estate agent, Mike, was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly and approachable being on hand when we had questions and went above and beyond during the difficulties we faced in delays which we really appreciated.
I would certainly recommend leaders from the service that we received from Mike.

The letting process was systematic, smooth and easy. Thanks to Ms. Rebecca Hill and Jane Healy for guiding us so kindly in every step of the process.

Becky was unbelievable, made our process so easy. She helped with every question and made the move a breeze.
We love the house we have moved into.
I would 100% go with Leaders if we ever have to move again.

Michael was a massive help to us as we had never sold a property before. He gave great advice on how to prepare the house for sale, we handed over a set of keys and he took care of everything else! The valuation was spot on as we accepted an offer of the asking price within a couple of days of marketing the property. The price for the service was exactly what I was expecting to pay and worth every penny, removing any stress from us!

Absolute sham of a letting agent. Unreliable and unprofessional in every sense. The branch manager himself is incapable of completing simple tasks and delivery on promises he makes. Head office don’t answer the phone and are not interested in your complaint.

On the whole we were happy with leaders when purchasing a property via them however what let them down was despite the exchange being before midday they never made our keys available until 15:45hrs as they were busy obtaining meter readings. In my opinion this should have been obtained prior to the exchange and our keys made available at the point of exchange.

For us, initially this operation was the cause of some concern, but once we had had our first interview with Natalie Haseldine at Leaders office, she took on the challenge with a cheerful & very conscientious attitude. She kept us informed all the way about how the process was coming along, & we had a very good two way communication between us. The process is now all but complete to our complete satisfaction. Many thanks Roger & Carol Bingham

Leaders provide a very professional and friendly service and understand what landlords need and work with you to personalise their service. They keep you informed at every stage of the letting process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Amazing staff, especially Alyson and Mike. They went above and beyond.
Alyson communicate and supported us to the best she could and that was outstanding.

Mike was always available to let us view the property on numerous occasions. He was so friendly and always answered our questions. Again outstanding.
Thanks for your outstanding service.

On my first viewing I took time off work and travelled 17 miles. On arrival, the estate agent had brought the wrong keys so I had to come back the following day.
On completion, I collected my keys from the branch at 5:30. I got to the flat just before 6 only to find I’d been given the wrong keys. The branch closed at 6 so nobody was there to help. I had to wait until the following morning to get the correct keys. I then had to pay more money to hire a van longer than I should have had to.

As a landlord Leaders are new to managing our property but so far I have been really impressed by the service they have delivered…the team are diligent and friendly and have overcome issues where the exiting agent has failed. Richard manages the branch really well and his team are a credit to him (Laura, Jordan & Sue to name a few). Long may this service continue.
