Subject: Feedback for Emma Reilly SENIOR MANAGER

Dear Emma

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional support I received from Emma Reilly regarding the new Renters Rights Act and various property management inquiries.

Emma's knowledge of the latest regulations and her thorough understanding of my concerns were invaluable. She took the time to explain the nuances of the new legislation, making sure I felt informed and confident in navigating the changes. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist me on multiple occasions has truly set her apart as an outstanding estate agent.

I greatly appreciate her professionalism and commitment to ensuring that I had all the information I needed. Emma's vast experience & dedication to her clients is evident, and I feel fortunate to have had her guidance during this process.

I highly recommend her to all new customers.

Thank you, Emma, for all your help!

Best regards,

Jude

Professional service and commitment from Sian, knowledgeable and very hands-on. Rental process went fast and very smoothly. I'm always kept in the loop and communication is prompt. Great work. Thank you.

The flat suffered a massive leak which required a total new kitchen. This meant the flat was empty for 3 months with resultant loss of rental income. Sian kept in touch with progress so that she knew immediately the flat was back on the market. This was a life saver as it meant she kept an eye on prospective tenants and was able to secure tenants the very first day it went back on the market. A brilliant result for us.

Sian Walk has been one of the most reassuring experiences I’ve had in the letting process. From the very beginning, she treated every question and concern with genuine care, never making me feel like just another tenant on a list. Her kindness, patience, and steady communication made a huge difference during a time that can often feel stressful.

What I appreciated most was the way she handled everything with such calm confidence. Even small details mattered to her, and she always made sure I felt informed and supported. It’s rare to come across someone who brings both professionalism and heart into their work, but Sian does exactly that.

I’m truly grateful for her help and the way she made the entire process feel smooth and human. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sian to anyone who wants to work with someone who genuinely cares.

Best,
SKY

I had such a positive experience working with Sian. From the very first viewing to signing the final paperwork, she was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right apartment. She kept me updated at every step and made the whole process feel simple and manageable. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Thank you, Sian!

Victoria has really helped us every step of the way through finding our new flat. She has been really responsive to all our questions and happy to follow up with the landlord on anything we wanted. I'd highly recommend her and Leaders to any prospective tenants or landlords in the area - much better than our previous renting experience in London!
