Leaders - Surbiton Arvostelua

Leaders is an estate agents devoted towards the rental market. They are organized and quick to respond to the demands of landlords in an efficient manner.

I’ve been a customer of Leaders for almost 10 years, and they have been managing our flat through their Weybridge branch throughout that time. Recently, I needed their services again in Surbiton while searching for a place to rent. All I had to do was pick up the phone and call them, and within just five minutes, their incredibly kind and helpful staff member, Lucy Miller, had already come up with suggestions and was ready to help.

What makes Leaders stand out from most estate agents is their genuine dedication to providing the best possible service and their excellent attention to customers’ needs. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly approach truly make a difference. Highly recommended.

Letting consultant Lucy has been excellent and very helpful!

I have been using Leaders for many years to help me rent my property when needed. They have always provided a first class service, my contact there, Nick Hawkins, has been proactive, helpful and professional.

We were tenants in a flat managed by Leaders. For a while they were ok, not amazing but they got things sorted after a little while. Something changed in the last months of our tenancy and then it was like they just stopped bothering. Things were going wrong in the flat and they showed no interest in resolving them. They were telling us that things were in progress (they weren't) then we'd hear nothing, then they'd just ignore us. Eventually we had to get directly in contact with the landlords to ask them to step in, and Leaders just ignored them too!

When the tenancy ended they charged us for an extra day of rent despite the fact that we had very clearly given the correct notice and the final date in it was correctly worded, they also tried to charge us for things which were just not issues or were already issues when we moved in. The landlords stepped in again and we achieved a fair settlement, thank goodness for decent landlords!

In short, Leaders were fairly uninvolved for most of our tenancy, but completely checked out in the last 8 months. As soon as the tenancy ended and they wanted money they were suddenly all over us.

If I were the landlords I'd be looking to recover significant fees from them for the fact that they were not doing their job, and we, as tenants, are looking to recover funds from them as a result of them not maintaining the property to an appropriate condition.

I have been dealing with Finlay. He has been so amazing and so helpful. :)

I recently had a great experience with the team specifically with Finlay Rippin at Leaders Surbiton. The service was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, and I always felt well-supported with any questions I had. A special thanks to the team for making everything smooth and straightforward — I’d definitely recommend their services to others.

Both Nick Hawkins and Finlay Rippin were excellent, very attentive, responded promptly, kept me informed throughout the whole process, and responded to queries without delays. For me as a first time landlord, this was a very positive experience. All went very smoothly.

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Finlay Rippin. He is an exceptionally responsible and helpful consultant. He demonstrated great patience in addressing our queries regarding the flat we are renting, and provided effective solutions to help us navigate the Goodlord system for our referencing documents.

Finlay provided a brilliant service and kept us in the loop at all times.

Great experience with Finlay. Quick replies and very helpful.

Nick Hawkins was excellent, listening to my concerns and taking on the problem at hand. It was a time sensitive issue and Nick got it all sorted in a few hours and reported back to me as soon as it was resolved. I am very happy with the service I have received.

Had a great experience with Finlay. Very patient and understanding and would definitely use Leaders again

Leaders handled the re-letting of a flat in Surbiton. They were responsive, easy to work with and put forward very suitable tenants. We have used Leaders before and would certainly do so again

Finlay Rippin, it's professional, helpful, and efficient—highly recommend!

Great experience overall, Finlay provided excellent communication and support

I had a great experience with Leaders Letting Agency. From the initial viewing to signing the contract, the whole process was very smooth. Finlay from the Lettings team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the letting process. Communication was always clear and timely, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and efficiently. He made the process of moving in smooth and stress-free, and I felt well-supported every step of the way. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agent.

Excellent service from Chris Dribble. Really professional and went over and above what was expected. Similar experience from his colleagues also. Keep up the good work.

Flooded kitchen for weeks..living in dangerous..1000 calls and talks with agents.. this is the worst agency ever !!!!!!!!

Almost 2 months after we moved out of a rental property manged by Leaders, we still haven't received our deposit back. Multiple calls and emails and all we get is an empty promise hat someone is going to sort it out in the next few days and give us a call. Unfortunately we never received a call back and the deposit department always manage to find someone else to blame. Its disgraceful that people have to struggle financially because of estate agents that just care about their commission and as soon as they don't make money out of you, they just put no effort to help.
