I have dealt with chloe keeping, during my interaction with her, i can never get tired of her, she is so warm and kind each time i have engaged with her, she is so lovely and easy going to talk to, i feel so comfortable dealing with her, she is a true proffessional i must say. I give 4/5

The experience is excellent as a landlord and support for the maintenance of high standards of my property. Chloe has been very good in liaising between myself, the tenants and the necessary handymen in resolving any necessary repairs or safety checks. I have full confidence in Leaders in supporting my landlord role.

Chloe is a very professional person and has managed my property without fault over the years.
I have nothing but praise for her work.

Chloe was extremely helpful to me today when I called in. She promised that she would provide feedback by way of email before the close of the day and she carried out that promise. Excellent service. Thank you

I would like to appreciate Theepiga for her great assistance during my house hunting process, she was very thoughtful, kind and helpful. She considered my distance and did a virtual tour for me which was very very helpful. She also answered all my questions and gave me good reassurance.

We have been landlords with Leaders (previously Lanes Lettings) for more than thirty years and feel that Chloe Keeping as the new property manager for our property has the interests of both the landlord and tenant at heart as she resolves issues. Our transactions have been carried out in a friendly and efficient manner.

Chloe was a massive help to me last year in getting my shower replaced. It had been an ongoing saga with previous individuals in the same post failing and allowing the issue to drag on for well over a year. Chloe was empathetic and always going above and beyond to try and help. She even tried to call a helpline which required you hold on for ages!

Chloe is quick to respond to messages that I send and even when I’m not a gracious as I should be (no fault of hers, just frustration at the situation) she remains calm and composed and always manages to find a solution. I’ve had many property managers since living in my existing rental, and none have given me the same care and consideration that she does. I’ve owned property previously and am now renting as an interim, and there is a certain stigma that goes with that sometimes, and property managers can make you feel like you shouldn’t be raising issues. I hope Chloe stays in post for some time. It’s always a pleasure and never a worry to mail her 🤗

I am a very happy tenant with Leaders Redhill's Lettings for over 18 months already, and I found that each and every problem that has cropped up so far, has been all sorted out quickly and very efficiently. Their system of communication is excellent and Everyone is always genuinely ready to kindly help me! Thank You Chloe Keeping for always caring when things do need fixing in the flat! Kind regards, Cathy Leposa-Petraud.
