Leaders - Poole Lettings Arvostelua

Good service,friendly and efficient staff

Lauren Nield was amazing in supporting me She did her best to accommodate me
Thank you Lauren

Leaders Letting in Poole, Dorset are a disgrace to the profession. They are treating a bereaved family disgustingly. The family have been trying to get a £700 deposit returned, following the death of a tenant in a rental property. The accommodation was cleared and cleaned. The landlord inspected and was more than happy for the deposit to be returned to the family. That was 7 weeks ago and Leaders are still making up excuses for the delay in returning the money. They pass you around from pillar to post telling lies, blaming systems and making promises. The family are grieving and should not be treated like this. Leaders letting in Poole should be ashamed of themselves.

Highly recommend!
My experience with Leaders in Poole has been flawless from start to finish. Mike Kunzi is an incredible asset to Leaders. He is a consummate professional and I would like to say that I have been really impressed by his work ethic and commitment to detail. Mike has been consistent and extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I am grateful for all his help and support in an ever evolving rental market. Mike, you have done Leaders and myself proud, thank you for everything!

Had an issue with the accounts department overcharging me and chasing my tenants for rent they had already paid but Jessica Spicer my property manager dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Many thanks

Sophie in the Letting department who looks after my rental property is extremely efficient and helpful. My only reason for giving 4 starts instead of 5 is that Leaders as an agent generally are a bit slow to respond and it can be hard to get hold of someone to speak to. Other than that I would recommend them

We appreciate your support and services throughout the process.
The team has been very helpful as new time renters trying to get things done right at our own pace.
Koorosh Walters did a fantastic job and we are delighted to the great communication and timely response at every stage of the process.

I can’t express how much koorosh has helped us moving in to our property.
Extremely helpful and responsive to all our emails eith no delay. He is by far the best agent we have dealt with and spoken to and he has helped us when we needed it the most.
His support and help will forever be appreciated.
Luke Daniel

I'm very happy with the service provided by Sophie Stevens MARLA. She has always been professional, responsive, and helpful throughout my tenancy. I really appreciate how she is always available to assist with any queries or concerns and ensures everything is handled smoothly and efficiently. It's reassuring to rent from someone so reliable and approachable. Thank you, Sophie!

Raissa was very patient and attentive the whole way through our rental process, answering questing and liasing with the vendor efficiently to ensure everything was processed quickly. Really good service

charlie was excellent on the viewing very helpful and positive

5* for Charlie who was fantastic with our viewing and great service.

The Property Manager assigned to looking after my property has a professional attitude, is competent and reliable. Not only is Sophie Stevens responsive to answering email queries quickly, she also uses her initiative and asks my tenant useful questions in urgent circumstances so that problems can be resolved quickly. It is therefore not surprising that Sophie is a member of MARLA which stands for Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Agents with this qualification have high professional standards. I am in no doubt that Sophie will rise high in her profession.
