Its been great experience to rented a house by leaders. They provide full support and services

I had a fantastic experience working with Faith Graham from Leaders. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Her ability to quickly solve any issues and respond to my needs made finding my one-bedroom flat a smooth and stress-free experience. Faith was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent — she made the whole journey so much easier.10/10 customer service.

Excellent customer service. Lillian provided all the informations and documents through out the process.

Have recently dealt with Lillian from leaders Northampton branch whilst looking to rent the property we are now in and love. She was absolutely fabulous, really friendly, helpful, kind and efficient. No task was too small and no question was too silly. She made the whole process simple and provided 1st class support throughout. Give this woman a raise!

This is strange review really ., I didn’t rent off them due to this terrible service
I had a viewing with the manager of lettings , Jolanta , who I’d like to add never acknowledges emails .
I had a viewing of a house in Irchester , with this agent, I’ve tried to rent it before with another agent. The house was in such a terrible state , from existing tenants it was un rentable . When I saw leaders had this, I felt quite relieved to be honest .
Had the viewing with Lilliana , who is very nice
Then I spoke with this branch manager , whose attitude I didn’t like at all , plus she coukdnt answer questions !!
So I did what she said , filled out the 16 questions with other comments that I’d like to change carpets at my own cost including showers . Offered the full rental price , leaders put it’s had a refurb, no it’s been painted with a couple of new windows .she explained all offers would go to the landlord , then they would decide . Not ideal but fair I guess
Before I got a yes or a no , the manager sent me an email . Not thank you for filling in the questionnaire or it is with the landlord we will keep you updated . Instead , the landlord has changed his mind it’s now £250 a month more . No explanation or anything , just let me know if you are basically still interested
To be honest I would have paid that if it was advertised at that price . The property needs money spending on it , at my cost but it will be beneficial to the landlord . Also it’s my choice
When I make a full offer I don’t expect it’s now gone up . I told her I do not do business this way . Obviously a few offers came in so the landlord upped the price . But leaders no communication whatsoever why!! And not even a reply to my email , after I thanked her for her time . I’ve got away lightly after reading these reviews . But I expected more from leaders

My new property move in was hassle free and less stress with the kind and friendly help of their staff illian Cull‑Simmonds Marla. She was the best and the entire team at the office. Thanks for the welcome gift also. It’s well appreciated.

Very good experience..excellent service by faith graham

Faith from Leaders have helped me get the move-in arranged really fast in a short notice. It was very helpful. Thank you Leaders for the service.

The rent processing was quick, clear, and efficient. The staff, especially Senior Letting Consultant Lilian, were extremely helpful throughout the process. The team at the Leaders Northampton branch demonstrated a high level of professionalism. The standout moment was receiving the thoughtful gift.

Thank you to the Leaders Northampton team

Brilliant company to rent from, within a week Lillian had got us a house and I love it here, nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a property to give these guys a call

Faith at Leaders Northampton is one of the most competent agents I have come across. Would 1000% recommend 👏

Good morning Dear Sir or Madam . My name is Ronald Appiah . I’m really glad to have Leaders as my agency whiles I was finding it difficult to get a property. I want to say a very Big thank you to Faith Graham for her humbleness to explain everything to my knowledge during my viewing and also during my documentation processing. I’m so glad to have leaders as my agency and now I’m enjoying my property peacefully without no issues.

Leaders supported me during the festive period with a move that I wanted assurances on in two main areas; speed of application process, assurances that maintenance concerns would be taken seriously. My previous property had serious maintenance issues that resulted in the ceiling falling down in the kitchen and I wanted to feel assured that I'd secured somewhere else and that I wouldn't have the delays if I needed something fixing in the future. Leaders was responsive and ensured that I knew exactly how to raise a concern if I needed to, in fact someone called me in the first week just to make sure I didn't have any problems with the house.

While not everyone will be moving for the reasons I did, I do feel like they paid attention to what mattered to me, even after the money was paid and the tenancy was signed. To do this during a time of year where resources are usually thin on the ground speaks volumes.

I would have liked to have been bothered about insurance just a little less than I was, small issue though.

Very patient and professional. Can't mention all names , John, Lilian everyone has all the patience 😆
Stuck with Leaders.
Highly recommend

Faith Graham at the Leaders Northampton branch was exceptional in helping me find a house quickly and ensuring a smooth move-in process. However, a critical detail was overlooked—any issues within the property would be met with silence and indifference.

The property management team is virtually non-existent when it comes to addressing concerns. Managers like Jolanta Stonekute and Ewelina Kreglicka either do not respond at all or provide responses that are far from actual solutions. Instead of resolving problems, they resort to anecdotes about their personal experiences, as if that justifies the lack of basic tenant support.

Leaders seems less like a professional letting agency and more like a safe haven for landlords who are unwilling to maintain livable conditions. Heating is kept on strict timers at suboptimal temperatures, even in extreme cold, with no willingness to adjust. Issues regarding cupboard or fridge space—amenities tenants pay for—are dismissed with the expectation that residents should simply “adjust” to the inconvenience.

Beyond poor property management, the company appears focused on maximizing profits rather than tenant welfare. Expect to be pushed toward unnecessary insurance policies rather than receiving genuine assistance.

In summary, Leaders fails to live up to its name. If you’re looking for responsive management and a hassle-free renting experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I wish I could give zero stars for the zero service!

Being of foreign nationality finding a suitable home can be very stressful bt Faith Graham Leaders made it a walk in the park. She was very helpful, guided us and supported us and constantly communicated
throughout the process with emails and followup calls from the house viewing, the application, the moving in and even after i moved. Faith even remembered it was my birthday on my move in date and gave me a gift from leaders which showed me they do not just see clients as case numbers.. Really impressed

My experience with Leaders Northampton was amazing and thanks to Faith Graham our letting consultant ,she was very helpful and supportive all through our moving house process.
