I spoke with Honey finch today about finding a rental property, she was extremely helpful excellent customer service, she made me feel comfortable and provided some really useful information, Honey found me 2 properties that I’m going to view and really did go all out to support me I can’t wait to view the properties and meet you. Thank you so much I wish I could give you more than 5 stars as you really deserve it.

Honey is amazing. Hugely helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. Guided us the entire time and clearly cares. Excellent level of interpersonal skills and communication. A credit to the company!

First time finding a house to rent in Hampshire.
Honey has been really helpful and quick in responding emails back to me and managed to arrange a viewing time for me, I had a good experience arranging the viewing with them and I'm happy to have found Leaders.

As landlords, we were fully guided by Daniel who was very helpful indeed. He is very professional, honest and very efficient. He explained everything which we need to know . Mike is also good and very knowledgeable. Thank you Leaders.

I am so impressed with Leaders, especially Abbie. She has helped me find a lovely new home and is such a professional woman.

My experience of the company was entirely positive. Acting for me to find a tenant there were unfailingly helpful, professional and friendly. I was particularly pleased to receive feedback after each viewing and when a tenant was selected the administration was completed in a timely and thorough manner.

All went smoothly and efficiently with changeover of tenants -IT gremlins not withstanding! I feel very happy leaving the management of my flat with Leaders for another year.

Absolutely useless, one office doesn’t communicate with another. My landlord decided to not let through them anymore but instead directly with me. They have harassed me for the rent and threatened ’further action’ since even though I’ve paid my landlord direct. Then they decided to visit my house unannounced and when I didn’t answer just let themselves in. Recorded it on my ring doorbell, your guess as good as mine as to their reason! When I ring nobody knows the answer and empty promises are made to call me back.
I wish I could give negative stars!

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area making the whole process of letting a property run smoothly.

I'm a first time landlord and after speaking with several local agents I decided on Leaders New Milton. The service and engagement from the start has been brilliant. The principal direct contacts Mike Kunzi (Poole based) and Daniel Mawer (New Milton) are very 'on it' and have basically enabled me to focus on getting the house ready while they found the tenant and sorted all the paperwork, legal stuff etc. If you want to use an agent who do actually take the care and the stress out of renting your property then I'd definitely recommend Leaders
