Leaders - Milton Keynes Arvostelua

Just to commend Shannon from Leaders who performed exceptional service in resolving rent issue with our tenants. As long standing Landlords this type of prompt attention and resolution is vital for a stable and successful tenancy. Well done.

We just had a tenant with some personal problems. Chelcie Page made an excellent interlocutor between ourselves and the client . Problem resolved, all going forward, new contract going ahead. Thank you Chelcie, keep up the good work.

Hello Paige,
I remember when I landed in MK and was in search of home. Truely, its Leaders who helped a lot and made me comfortable in MK. Because of Ledaers I settled in MK for more than 2 years. It was very nice, healthy and secure stay in MK and its just because of Leaders. I did got so many calls and interacton with different agencies, I got few feedbacks from my frineds with dthse agenacies, I witnessed few cases. With this I was so fortunate that you guys were with me. My family was also so impresses with your support when we discuss on day to day talks with you.
When I say it's Leaders, ofcourse its just becaue of you. Initially Angel, Laura and team supported well. After it's only you. I got well support, instnace response and quick solution for everything. I really thankful to you for your all teh support during tenure. people say, getting home in MK is very difficulet and getting exit is more difficult. In my case both were very smooth and simply its just because of you.
I assure, if in any case I come back ot MK, I will not search anything on apps, instead I will diretcly contact you and Leaders.
Really it was very wonderful and nice journey with you.
Thank you very much once agian and convey my thanks to land lord as well. He is really a very nice and kind person.

We were being managed by Alan Francis and had quite a few issues. Including not reviewing when they said they would and our house being trashed. We were out of pocket more than £3k. Since Leaders took over, our point of contact is someone called Shannon. Who has been very proactive and probably one of the main reasons we have decided to keep our BTL with Leaders for now. I would recommend them but keep regular communication.

I have been dealing with Alan Francis for the past five years until Leaders took over. I must admit the start wasn’t good with loads of teething problems but I have since been dealing with Shannon who has always gone beyond and above dealing and keeping updated with any issues. She is an asset to the company and please keep up the good work

Catastrophe is a word I would use to describe the early days of the takeover of Alan Francis by Leaders. However the arrival of Shannon Clarke as our new account manager changed everything. She was calm, honest with information and quickly got everything on track. She retained us as a client, and once things settled down the service has been excellent.

We had major issues with leaders at the beginning with everything going wrong, however after Shannon was appointed as our property manager she was quick to put everything into place and not only heard us out but resolved all of our issues swiftly. She has been very helpful and we cannot thank her enough for that.

Any time we have an issue, Shannon in the office helps straight away! Hassle free renting 10/10

Leaders can attribute a great customer service experience with Shannon as a property manager. Such a reliable team member and an asset to the Milton Keynes branch.

Jo Betts is now managing my two properties and I am extremely pleased with her service.
