Leaders - Loughborough Arvostelua

We experienced the most horrific customer service throughout dealing with you. It never at any point felt like anyone wanted to help us and the person who valued our house generally having an attitude and pricing it based on nothing more than what the last house sold for. Not interested at all in details of our house - if you didn’t want the sale don’t offer to value. We then had our offer accepted but the house price was reduced without even a message or call to let us know with context. When contacting they said were in the right to do what they what essentially. We were also scared in to inferring we wouldn’t be able to afford the house saying we needed full financial background checks above the standard. This wasn’t the case after a call. When collecting our keys we couldn’t actually reach anyone at the branch so had to turn up on a whim. I would NEVER choose to work with Leaders again and will be ensuring to share this with everyone and anyone selling or buying.

Charlotte at Loughborough Leaders is friendly, polite, easy to liaise with and very competent.
Keep up the good work!

Very glad to have Jade as our property manager. She is very attentive and always replies promptly. She has never let us down. We have happily settled in our new house through her care

Charlotte was a massive help!
When asked to find out some info for me she got straight on it and kept me well informed throughout the whole process and my question was answered quickly.

Super proficient, in contact with me all the time, verry helpfull

Jade is a super efficient, friendly and hardworking lady. We are very pleased with the service we receive from her. Emails and calls are always returned swiftly and effectively. Jade will go the extra mile in her work.

Jade is brilliant at managing both of my properties. Very professional and always finds great solutions to any issues that arise.

Our property manager Jade provides exceptional service. Emails are answered promptly and telephone calls always returned if necessary without having to chase up. We feel she goes the extra mile and is a credit to herself and to Leaders.

After my previous tenants left the property in a bit of a state, Mary and Charlotte have been complete superstars!

I’ve had constant updates, Charlotte was involved in the beginning and Mary took over the latter stages of getting workmen organised and ensuring my new tenants and myself were happy that the property was fixed. I am really happy with the service.

Simply do not just them, what seems to be a classic Leaders move is to mislead you into signing up to the no deposit scheme without explaining how it works, If you are able to pay the security deposit upfront please do so.when you sign up to the no deposit scheme you will not receive any off it back at the end off the tenancy!!!!!

Leaders were absolutely fantastic! Every response was quick and the team, especially Tori, were very helpful, polite and informative. Everything with our viewing, application and move in went smoothly and quickly.
Would highly recommend using Leaders and especially Tori! :)

Omg, all thanks to Mary and Tori , I love them both . We just moved to our beautiful home and we love it . It was all possible with the help of Mary and Tori . Thanks to leaders .

Great communication from Anna regarding any questions I have regarding my property. She’s always dead helpful and professional which has restored my faith in agents after having bad experiences with others so thank you

Great experience renting with Leaders. Anna has resolved quite a few of my queries whilst being a tenant and she’s always been professional and friendly. Thank you!

Leaders are a pleasure to rent through. Whilst you can observe that they always promote the best interests of their landlords; somewhat surprisingly, a balance seems to have been struck in that as a tenant you feel well looked after aswell.
Staff appear to deal with support issues with a sense of urgency: Anna and Lara have been especially prompt at managing our maintenance requests so many to thanks to them and all the team, it's appreciated

As a Property Manager of a number of my properties, Jade Brasiewicz, is efficient, friendly, courteous and extremely professional.
