Leaders - Kings Norton Arvostelua

We went through leaders when we were finding a house to rent and from start to end they were amazing. Our lettings consultant was Jessica and we could not be more happy with her! As we were moving though the Christmas and new year period there was inevitably some delays however Jessica made sure everything was on track and was always available to us when we needed! Overall we had a great experience with Jessica and would absolutely recommend leaders! 10/10

Hannah is such a wonderful person, always ready to help when called and very pleasant.
Jessica is very helpful as well! Thumbs up👍

Jessica is such a wonderful kind person who always gets back to me when I need help! Her emails are friendly and well mannered!

Thank you Jess xx

Great service, help and advice from Mark and the team at leaders in Kings Norton. Although we didn’t proceed to sale with the team, due to a probate issue, their knowledge and advice was so helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use in the future!

Thank you - Denise & Lorraine

The whole experience was interactive with quick responses from Jessica. She was helpful in answering all my questions with a cheerful tone and always ready to help with any concerns I had for the unit.

Jessica was amazing in the process of moving into our new home. Communication was always prompt and friendly and everything was sorted so quick.
Thank you Jessica

Jessica was amazing in the process of moving into our new home. Communication was always prompt and friendly and everything was sorted so quick. Couldn’t recommend more!

Claire at the Kings Norton branch was fantastic, very knowledgeable and explained the steps clearly.
A pleasure to deal with and will certainly recommend her to anyone I know selling their property. Sue was also very thorough and efficient in getting the legal process done.

Natalie has managed my properties for a number of years. She is proactive, diligent and organised which is all I can ask for in a property manager. Thank you for everything Natalie

I was helped by Neil Woolrich from the Leaders branch in Bromsgrove. I have to say that he has been a tremendous help with helping me move and rent a new property. He is a credit to you company and a great chap to deal with throughout. Thank you Neil

Overall my experience with Leaders was very good, I’d like to mention Sue Carter in particular who helped navigate a very protracted and drawn out purchase. She continually chased solicitors on both sides and kept me up to date via email and phone, she was always professional and friendly, not matter how frustrating and stressful the process became! In fact it was Sue who was able to eventually push through completion. A big thank you.
Following completion, I emailed to see if the agents had any information regarding electricity meters and unfortunately I was ignored, I did not receive a response to my email. The sold sign has still not been removed from outside my property and we are more than 8 weeks post completion. For these reasons I have given 4 stars rather than 5.

The guys I dealt with at the Cotteridge office are a credit to Leaders. Special thanks to Mark and Damon but especially Sue who had to hound my poor performing Conveyancers all the way. Many thanks and I have no hesitation in recommending this team.

Great team who put you ontop to meet all your needs. I worked with Jessica Smith who constantly updated me and was great help in getting an apartment even when it was last minute. I appreciated her help very much!

Renting our property from Leaders was a smooth process for us. They always say don't rent a property without viewing the property first but that wasn't the case for me. The property was clean and looked exactly like the video sent to us by leaders. The staff was friendly and answered all our queries. Our property manager Natalie responded to our emails in a timely manner. No problems here. I would recommend using this estate agent.

Received a very good service from Natalie while renting my property through Leaders. She was very quick to deal with any issues that arose and communication was good.

My wife and I have rented our first apartment which is fully managed by Leaders in Kings Norton. Natalie Mitchell is our Property Manager and has been superb with resolving any queries at speed. Would highly recommend as it's taken away a lot of the fear around renting a property, especially for a first time renter such as myself!

I would like to recognize Mahema Sultana as the most helpful, polite, professional and genuinely positive property manager one could hope for. My family of 4 is thankful to her dedication to us over the last 7 years, thank you Mahema.

Claire seems very keen to help sell my property. I hope her enthusiasm pays off. I will only give 5 stars if my property is sold at or above the marketing price & the sale goes through smoothly.

Really helpful staff, Mark and Damon made the experience very pleasant!
