Helpful Harry at Kenilworth Leaders
Recently had a change of circumstances with my living requiring me to stay at my current property after already giving notice. I spoke to Harry Hayes who was extremely understanding and reached out to the landlord on my behalf and helped me out making my life so much easier. In my past experience with lettings agents many wouldnt have even bothered and would have just said no so it was a refreshing change.

Excellent service from Lee Croston, Leaders, Kenilworth
Lee Croston at your Kenilworth branch has been excellent. Great communication throughout
the buying process; extremely personable and professional, giving reassurance when things
became tricky with probate. Lee is a pleasure to deal with and we'll certainly use his services in
the future and recommend to friends. We have a rental portfolio with your Kenilworth branch and this property will be added to that. The Lettings team are fabulous too!
Equally, your Move Manager Sue Carter was efficient and helpful. Constantly keeping us updated and chasing. Many thanks to all of your team.

Lee and Sue at Leaders
Lee Croston, and Sue Carter, both did an excellent job of helping me through the process of selling my UK property, while I live in the US. Great communication, informative and a very professional approach. I couldn’t thank them more!
Lee may be able to share some of my thoughts on the lettings department.

Everyone was very helpful and kind throughout the process of renting a property. When I asked for information or for help in completing forms it was willingly given, and nothing was too much trouble for Jess, Sharon or James. Highly recommended.

Hi Dane thank you for your kind comments. I'm glad we were able to help with your property search
Was their tennant for 5 years
Was their tennant for 5 years. Shody service at times, poor comms.
Then they were difficult at the end. DID NOT WANT to come out to check the property when vacated. I had to get myself and the landlord to their Kenilworth office to get the keys handef over and then had to argue with them to get the deposit back.
Now a shoddy customer service continues. 3 weeks to get a letter from them, nothing yet
