Great customer service experience always helpful. We had issues at our rented house. Agent came and took evidence without hesitation got it sorted

Alfho Miah, the Property Manager at the Hanley Branch, has adeptly managed my property for almost five months now. His communication skills are outstanding, characterised by prompt and efficient responses. Additionally, he has kindly facilitated seamless interactions throughout our collaboration - THANK YOU!! I look forward to continue working with you!

It’s been nearly 2 years that I am renting a property from leaders. I have received very good response from the beginning. The property management team was really fantastic especially Alfho.
Leader never ignored me from any of my enquiries and they tried to help me asap.
Their communication was really clear and transparent.
I wish you the entire team good luck and keep doing the good work.
I would definitely recommend this agency to my friends and families in the Uk.

Once again thank you for your service and support.

Excellent organization, they helped me find the 2 houses that I have rented. Charlotte and Tiffany were particularly helpful and professional throughout the process. My experience with them has been very good, I highly recommend their services.

Leaders have been excellent to work with over the last few months. I interacted with a few members of the team, Lydia and Josh have been wonderfully professional; Tiffany also and she was immensely patient, diligent and a star. I look forward to working with them on other projects.

We are transitioning from my current estate agent to Leaders . The process has been so very easy. Emily assisted me initially and she was very helpful . I was concerned when she passed me to Lydia but I didn't need to worry Lydia has been brilliant . She is extremely efficient, thorough and has been going the extra mile to ensure a smooth transition from my current estate agent to Leaders. She is an absolute star! Thank you Lydia! 😊 I would 100% recommend Leaders Estate Agents!

We are currently in the process of renting a property through Leaders and the process has been so easy. Tiffany has responded to any queries quickly and has been so thorough, providing lots of reassurance about the process throughout. Would 100% recommend Leaders Estate Agents!

Just how lovely, attentive and professional rosie has been, it has made my experience so easy, even with every question I have had she has had no problem explaining in full detail through every step of the way.

If I could leave 0 I would definitely don't recommend renting from them my house is covered in mould the walls are wet and the ceiling in my son's room is socking rand leaders and they said it's ok it's only a bit off water my boys are constantly in plans out off hospital with asthma so the cold weather is coming up and it's going to worse because are to lazy to do repairs that need to be done. My daughter bedroom has had chuck everything away including her mattress because the mould was that bad I can't wait for my contact to end useless leader are. Never would I rent again from them

I called several times to view a property , after some time they booked me to view a property on Saturday , the next day I got a call that the property is no longer available.
This is not a serious letting agency to work with! I will personally check the new tenants and if they took this decision straight on race I will file a complain at Citizen Advice.

We have recently listed a property for rent with Leaders, the process was incredibly efficient and the level of customer care was brilliant. From the rental agent viewing the property at 12noon, we had the property listed online by mid-afternoon and by the evening a prospective tenant had already been found. A special thanks to Lydia and Rosie for their help.

One of the best agencies out there.Very professional, helpful and kind, especially their Apprentice Lettings Negotiator miss Rosie Lloyd. We are extremely pleased and recommending them to all that looking for a good property in the area. A+++

Rosie always got back to us or referred us to the right person. We were very short on time and were guided expertly through a very complicated process.

Its been a roller coaster ride for me and my family to secure a property to live in. Thanks to Rosie and her efforts, we finally have a place to call home. Thank you Rosie for everything.

I Can't fault the assistance provided by Leaders so far, Rosie has worked fast and efficiently given our tight time frames and is always happy to help!

Thank you
