Leaders - Eastbourne Arvostelua

Very quick and helpful

Harry from leaders Eastbourne branch, was so helpful and made my moving home very easy and hassle free. I am very pleased with how things went. Highly recommend Leaders

Do not use under any circumstances. They will absolutely drop you after you get the property and help you in no way again. To be clear when I got my keys, I found the door to the property had been left open and the door physically wouldn’t lock.

So far so good, but there are several repair/ improvement problems with the Flat that need to be resolved. For me to more fully satisfied. If they get attended to and resolved in good speed then I shall have nothing to complain about.
But as I’m a new tenant, there hasn’t been enough time yet, to fully test run everything. I am pleased so far though and grateful for Leader’s speedy processing and handling everything professionally. As well as their first class kind spirit and warmth.
Big Thanks! ❤️

These people have your interest and look after you from seeing the property you would like to giving 100% support in achieving your abode !

Overall we had a good experience with leaders in Eastbourne when selling our house. Beverley was very easy to contact, always extremely friendly and helpful, and kept us updated. She did her best to make the process stress free. I felt that I could contact her directly whenever I had a question. I would highly recommend

Fay Tipper is an amazing property manager and always made sure that things were fixed when they went wrong and always happy to answer questions absolutely gutted to be moving (Landlord selling) but Fay has made the process easy to manage

A lot of misleading information which caused inconvenience and financial loss for me twice. Murray ignore phone calls for 3 days then they haven’t refunded my deposit.
Update: I had a partial refund hence changing from 1 to 3 star.

Ben Murphy at Leaders in Eastbourne has been faultless in his service. Very helpful, happy to answer our many questions and queries. We are happy to have had Ben for our move. Thank you!

i recently had an account enquiry which was dealt with efficiently and courteously ,i am very pleased with lucys swift responses.

Great experience. Dealt with property manager Lucy Young. Good communication and very easy to deal with.

We used Leaders in Eastbourne and what a fantastic place use , I'm going to mention the Lady in person and she is Beverley Wilson, she honestly can't do enough for you and she's helped us all the way through from getting forms filled in and delivering a 5 star service through out . I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. Fantastic experience well done Leaders and Beverley Wilson.

My experience with Leaders have been amazing and the communication is so good. My estate agent was Murray and he was brilliant when helping me move into my property. I had such a great experience with these agents. They were really helpful, easy to talk to, and always kept me in the loop. They were really friendly made the whole process simple and stress free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy, rent and sell. I’m super happy with the process and love my new home! Thank you Leaders! :)

Very understanding and good team from start to finish highly recommend.

Great correspondence with agent
Help through everything.
Very welcoming

There is always someone to answer the phone and be helpful.

The satisfaction derived in their services is superb. Murray Gouin of Leaders always portrait good images of the company with good customer service. He always acted professionally making sure customers are happy with the company products and services.

I recently sold my mother's property through Leaders. Beverley was brilliant from first meeting to completion. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble, including me changing things before the listing went live. Well prepared for our meeting with a sound grasp of the property market. Delivered against a tight timescale, a job well done, thank you. :) Michael Saunders

Terrible service, poor and slow management. Took over a dirty house, several appliances did not work and were never repaired. Had to move out prior to the end of tenancy as I had no working cooker or washing machine. Took 6 weeks to return my deposits despite continually chasing. No communication with the owner despite taking a management fee. Not a care in the world that their tenant was badly let down and no repairs were offered despite chasing. Shocking lack of management. I would never rent a property through them and definitely would not ask them to manage one.

We are really impressed with the support we receive from Leaders in Eastbourne and in particular, David Petrie who really goes the extra mile. We are very pleased with his prompt attention to any of our concerns and how quickly things are resolved. He offers very friendly and effective support. We highly recommend Leaders as an agent - thanks and well done, David!
