Leaders - Chester Arvostelua

Company was really helpful

I would like to leave a review for my Housing Manager, Gemma B, in Chester.

Over the years that I have been renting through Leaders, Gemma has been consistently supportive, kind, empathetic, and exceptionally diligent. Whenever I have needed advice, assistance, or reassurance, she has always gone above and beyond to help, and her professionalism and dedication have made a genuine difference to my experience as a tenant.

Having dealt with Leaders for more than 17 years, I can honestly say that Gemma is the very best housing manager I have encountered. Her knowledge, expertise, and commitment to providing outstanding service are second to none. She combines professionalism with genuine care and understanding, which is a rare and invaluable quality.

I am incredibly grateful for the support, guidance, and kindness she has shown me over the years.

We moved in on the 5th of January and we’re so happy here. We love the house and the area, and we’ve settled in really well.

Holly was amazing throughout the whole process. She was so helpful, quick to respond, and made everything completely hassle-free. Moving can be stressful, but she made it feel easy and straightforward. We’re really grateful for all her support — thank you, Holly Minshull!

I've been with Leaders for several years and have just relet our house with them. The process was smooth, fast and all the staff involved have been great. Many thanks.

Chloe Riley was very well mannered and very kind when showing me around the house and the room there is nothing negative I could say about her

The reason I have not given a 5* review is that We have not moved into the property yet, but so far in the process Grace from the Northwich branch has been great.
She Answers emails promptly, keeps me updated and is professional and helpful.

I have received first class service from Andy at Leaders in Chester. As I’m a first time landlord Andy has guided me through the process. He’s always extremely helpful, professional and nothing is too much trouble.Thank you Andy for your support. Also thank you to Chloe who has been involved in the process with property viewings too.

Excellent Service from Chloe – Highly Recommended!

I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Chloe as my letting & estate agent. From start to finish, she has been professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive. Chloe consistently went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Whether it was answering questions promptly, keeping me updated at every stage, or offering helpful advice, she was always approachable and reliable.

It’s rare to find someone who combines a strong work ethic with genuine care for clients, but Chloe does exactly that. I felt confident and reassured knowing everything was in her hands.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chloe to anyone looking for a trustworthy and proactive estate agent. She truly made a difference, and I’m very grateful for her help.

Thanks again Chloe x

Leaders have taken over the letting of 5 properties for me in a month. It was particularly difficult as the previous letting agent had left a lot of maintenance undone, and missing paperwork. They have picked this up quickly and are in the process of correcting the issues. They have so far been very polite professional and efficient, very pleased with the service thus far.

Chloe was so helpful throughout this whole process. I got quick responses and she kept me updated if anything changed with the move. Anytime I had a question or needed help she was quick to provide a helpful answer and resolve any issues I had. :)
