I used to be an avid listener of LBC for years. Hadn’t listened to it for a long time. I accidentally put it on and it was the smug James O’Brien. The thought of having to listen to James O’Brien has put me off once and for all! Just so dull and full of his own self importance. Put him on the 10:00pm slot for Gods sake.

Boring 🥱 and very narrow minded people. I had hopes that it will become politically neutral but it unfortunately didn’t

Nick isn’t too bad, but 10am the predictable OB arrives with….my private school upbringing, my book, my know it all attitude and my love for everything woke.
This is not a balanced programme, it’s dreadful.
Also Shelia at 1pm is not very impressive.
So I turn off at 10am now.

Sack James O’Brien, pompous, stuck up talk show host who likes the sound of his Orwellian doublespeak and dismisses free speech.

I need to switch off when Matthew Wright hosts at the weekend. I find it unpleasant when he talks over or cuts off those with whom he disagrees. Disrespectful and arrogant. His opinion is not the only one that matters.

Why did James O'Brien call the riots, the Farage riots I don't think Nigel Farage would be too happy to hear that.

Truly awful network that does not interact with it's listeners. It's woke to the core, and should be avoided.
Oh and just for any woke people who choose to be ignorant on purpose, the definition of "Woke" is a mindset which denies common sense by means of insults.

I used to enjoy listening to LBC both at home and at work, for balanced views and opinions. I even used to listen to O'brien until his persistent whining about Brexit. Then I started swearing at the radio and switching off every day at 10 am. I even started to enjoy this and it became a pleasurable daily ritual. I don't know whats happened there (I do really, its the woke mind virus) but now I find I can't listen to anyone. Unfortunately LBC has turned into a massive cess pool of wokery. Trying talk radio now.

LBC is correct to highlight the crimes of Israel and it’s Genocide

Let's go with the facts:

1) I sent an (ex) presenter a DM, in confidence, about a very sensitive issue.

2) Said presenter then decided, instead of messaging me back privately, to publicly and very negatively comment on extracts of my DM, taking my words wildly out of context, blatantly misquoting the source I sent them and with no pre-warning.

I'd have assumed that a professional journalist representing such an esteemed radio station would know how unprofessional the above is. To tell their followers I'd sent them an alternative source is in itself pretty diabolical. I just hope that the ones you have left don't act in this manner. Or some sort of basic media training is involved when they're appointed. I digress.

Let it be known that I complained to LBC about this incident several times with no response. I think that just about sums up how seriously they take these complaints. What once was feeling hurt by the incident has now been replaced with feeling sorry and concern for this person that they are unable to have a mature adult exchange at their level of seniority.

I don't listen to the station anymore, which I'm sure no one much cares about but it personally gives me wonderful peace of mind. That experience most certainly did not.

I've just deleted my LBC app.

So even a couple of years ago the station used to have a balanced range of presenters all with different views across the left / centrist / right spectrum and even some flexibility to move between these positions.

Now it's a literal propaganda radio station with zero pretence of impartiality or taking different views into account. It has shades of authoritarianism about it.

The callers appear to be screened to agree with the presenters, or if they do have a counter point they are talked over, muted, cut off, cut short and generally made to feel as stupid as possible. No views other than those of the presenters are entertained (ok, sometimes with good reason).

I agree with a lot of things the presenters say BUT the presenters cannot see other peoples point of view if it differs from their own.

James O'Brien is an extremely smart fellow, and is bang on about many things (and massively wide of the mark on others IMHO) whilst managing to be one of the most dislikeable human beings I've ever listened to. Someone stop him constantly talking over everyone all the time, callers can't get a word in edgeways unless he 'permits' it. Does a more condescending and sanctimonious individual exist?

Sheila Fogarty see's everything through lens of Man = bad, Women = victim / Good.

Ali Miraj is the only really good presenter left.

Ian Payne today discussing the joys of cold baked beans!! Dismissive of people who like apple pie and never heard of Steiff teddy bears!! He turns every conversation back to sport. Too many ums and ahs and can't remember. Surely LBC can do better.

The station used to advocate a balance via a range of presenters with opinions across the spectrum. That was about 6years ago. Since then I have watched this station become more and more left wing to the point where there is only one presenter remaining who I am happy to listen to (Nick Ferrari).

I really can’t bear it anymore (especially James O’Brien).

Absolutely rubbish

Long time listener, no longer tuning in to lbc. Last few years or so, has become utterly depressing to listen to. Every show will talk about the same subjects, all full of negative talk.
What happened to this station, that I used to actually, enjoy listening to. That was light hearted and entertaining.
But still tune in to listen to Nick Abbot, and the Christmas Alphabet, shows. And occasionally to James O'brien, Thursday's Mystery hour, just great.

Too far left bias for me.sour on brexit,they just like there own voices no conservative values,spoilt middle class garbage just take people with genuine problems and castrate them,they like the sound of there own voices,these people don't debate,they humiliate,the listeners just get righted in an abusive way,if you talk lefty stuff,it's down your street everything agree,just talk brexit,seem very agitated and angry it happened

LBC is blatantly left wing and even more right wing presenters like Nick Ferrari seem to be going that way too.
The worst, and nastiest presenter is James ‘o Brien. He loves the sound of his own voice, shuts the callers up if he disagrees with them and is generally odious.

Mathew Wright is next in line to JoB. He sneers and is totally biased as is Lewis Goodhall.

The nicest presenter Iain Dale imo.

The programmes each have the same content and some of the callers are very ill informed.

Have found the LBC to be biased and although they have a complaint process they do not respond to complaints. Just an automated response promising a reply within a certain amount of time that never materialises.

I find I am turning LBC on less and less as I find their extreme bias (as in the programmes of James o Brien and Carol Vorderman) untenable and depressing.

Consistently anti-British in its rhetoric. James O’Brian consistently pushing his own narrative without even an attempt at nuance. Get your news somewhere else chaps.
