Larrington & Co Ltd Arvostelua

Larringtons made the sale of my property very easy and straightforward. They acted on emails and requests for information very quickly and kept me fully informed of what was happening. Great communication!
I would definitely use them again!

Absolutely fantastic service! Alicia and the team worked so hard to get our house sale through quickly and it took less than 2 months from offer to exchange. It was refreshing how quick they worked, how they explained everything and kept us constantly updated. They made what is normally a stressful process very stress free. The whole team were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and use Larrington & Co again!

We where recommended Larringtons by our estate agent, we had never sold a house and purchased at the same time before. Alicia was incredible through the whole experience, she answered quickly and dealt with every issue smoothly during the whole process. We highly recommend Larringtons especially working with Alicia who helped make this a less stressful experience. THANK YOU

After being recommended to Larrington & Co we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Jake went above and beyond to help us feel at ease as first time buyers and supported us throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.

Jake Francis was very polite and thorough with the sometime very frustrating sale of our flat and had always got the answer to any question I raised, excellent service well recommended.

A1* service from Larrington & Co, Jake Frances in particular. Nothing was to much trouble. Professional at all times, courteous at all times and great communication. Would 100% recommend Larrington & Co. Thankyou Jake

Can't praise them enough for the ease in dealing with for most a stressful time (house sale). The website was easy to navigate and the request for action was clear and precise. To top it all the service was perfect.

I have recently exchanged contracts on what will be my third property, so I have had some previous experience of the conveyancing process and how frustrating it can be. Having selected Larrington & Co to deal with my current sale and purchase, I can honestly say that it has felt like a breath of fresh air! Alicia has provided an excellent and proactive service, keeping me thoroughly updated throughout the entire process. She carried out all of the necessary work quickly, efficiently and responded to any queries I had within a very short timeframe.

Everyone knows that buying and selling a house is stressful, but the way that Alicia works certainly helped to reduce my anxiety! Put simply, I would have no hesitation in recommending Alicia and Larrington & Co to anyone. Thank you for everything, Alicia.

Alicia was an absolute pleasure to deal with through a very stressful sale. She is the most proactive solicitor I have ever used and I will now only use her as she has raised the bar and set a new standard for how a sale should be managed.

The onboarding was very quick and easy to do, as well as completing verification checks, and the completion of the property information and fixtures and fittings forms, all done through the app which speeds us the process massively making it super slick.

I would highly recommend Alicia and Larrington & Co.

Jake Francis at Larrington and Co was outstanding from start to finish on our conveyancing journey. Buying houses can be stressful but with Jake every element he was involved in and in control of was stress free. Jake gave outstanding customer service throughout our buying and selling process. Jake was always available on the phone or by email, responding in a timely fashion every time. Jake was understanding, gave great advice, explained everything in layman's terms and was, quite simply, awesome at supporting us at every stage. I am a stickler for service and have very high expectations and I can honestly say I do not have a single thing I could suggest Jake can do better. If you are thinking of buying or selling your home I would strongly suggest that you use Jake. You will be just as impressed as we are and it will be the best conveyancing decision you ever make.

jake francis has to be one of the best in the business - efficient, quick to come back to you and completely reliable - we were so lucky to have Jake working on our sale and purchase - so many in this market have bad reviews.... if you want a smooth journey buying and selling pick Jake and Larringtons as he will not let you down - honest, trustworthy and brilliant at what he does - if we had Jake working from the start to the end of the chain we would have been done in a month and reliability is such an important factor when you choose a conveyancer

We would recommend Jake Francis at Larringtons for your conveyancing work. Jake was very proactive through a number of difficult issues that occurred through the process. His great advice and persistence got us to the line. He was always professional and personable which really helped us during a difficult process and we really appreciated having him on our team. Thanks Jake.

As a client of Jake at Larrington’s, I was initially recommended his services—and he truly exceeded my expectations. Extremely responsive and impressively knowledgeable, he managed to complete both the sale and purchase process in just 11 weeks. Having worked with eight different property professionals over the years, I can confidently say that Jake is the best. I highly recommend his services for anyone seeking a smooth, efficient, and professional experienc

Jake at Larrington was great from start to finish. It felt like he was on top of everything, with extremely prompt communication. They work as a "local but online" solicitor. This meant that communication was very easy as it was all done through email. If I did have a problem or wanted to drop off documents I was still able to though so this was ideal.

Searches were very prompt, and were the best format I've seen used. Each search came back with a full report.

Our instruction was in mid January and we have exchanged last week. I'm over the moon with how fast and painless it's been

I've had the experience of a national "online only" solicitor which was a nightmare, and also the experience of a traditional local solicitor which is great. Larrington take the benefits of both while still maintaining the personal touch.

Fully reccomended and if we need to buy or sell in the future we will be using Larrington again

I have used Alicia on numerous occasions now with various buying and selling transactions, her professionalism and knowledge are excellent. On each transaction, it has been seamless, efficient yet personable. I will continue to use Alicia in the future, thankyou!!

Jake handled our recent sale and purchase and I would highly recommend his services. He was on the ball with his side of things and also great at chasing others in the chain when needed to keep things running quickly and smoothly. Jake was always happy to answer any questions I had (and there were lots) and always got back to me in a timely fashion and kept us up to date at every point. Our sale and purchase went through incredibly quickly and on the day of completion jake kept us in the loop from first thing in the morning. I’d highly recommend larrington solicitors. Thanks Jake and the team.

Very impressed with the service received. Got the job done efficiently and kept us informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this company.

I honestly can't thank Jake enough for his help with a very stressful sale and purchase! He was extremely on it and kept me in the loop as much as he could. Always answered my queries and explained things to us so we understood exactly what was going on. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing! Constant contact whether we called them or they called us. Email confirmation on everything. Very thorough, helpful and easy to deal with. Can’t recommend Jake and the team highly enough. This is how conveyancing should be done!

Alicia and Alex provided fantastic legal services to my partner and I during our first house purchase. They took the time to explain things very clearly when we didn’t understand certain charges or processes. Alicia was highly efficient throughout, responding promptly to ensure the process was able to complete as quickly as possible. Outstanding all around, we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and are already doing so to our friends. 10/10
