The app is very convenient and when I had a question, responses were consistently provided within 24 hours. If you are happy to do a bit of chasing of ither parties via estate agents etc. to help keep things moving, you will have a very efficient sale process and a very reasonable cost. Proceeds arrived promptly on completion and risk procedures provided full confidence that my funds eere safe throughout the process.

I am a first time buyer and was told by so many people that property purchase process is very stressful but Nighat made the process look so smooth, i couldn’t imagine. While Nighat was on leave, i was still being helped by her team members like Gemma and Robert. Hence, the timely updates were really great.
