Larrington & Co Ltd Arvostelua

I was in the process of looking to buy my first home and the estate agent recommended Larrington & Co LTD. I have to say the service and support i received has been brilliant from start to finish. They were easy to contact, professional, answered any questions i had and worked towards a quick exchange and completion. I would like to mention Mark Popple and Mandy were both excellent in helping me throughout the process and ensured i completed this week as planned. Thank you for everything Mark and Mandy.

I was recommended Larrington & Co by my son as well as having done my own research and finding they were the conveyancers for me. From start to finish, the experience has been excellent with Alicia’s professionalism in every way. We were in a long complex chain and she made sure that all tasks from her end were performed thoroughly and swiftly. Always responsive. Totally kept my stress levels at bay. Thank you for making sure the sale and purchase processes were in safe hands. I would highly recommend to all!

Mandy was fantastic from start to finish! Keeping in the loop all the way through and if I ever had any questions I only had to email or call, if she wasn’t available I would get a reply the same day!! Excellent service!!! Thanks Mandy 😁

We had Junaid as our solicitor and wow he was great!

very friendly and helpful.

quick to get everything going as well! just over 2 months since we put our offer in and we are moving in.

I had a great experience with Alicia during the purchase of my first home. She was professional, patient, and always helpful throughout the process.

There were moments when I felt like giving up, but her patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference. She always took the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and guide me through each stage, which gave me so much reassurance along the way. I cannot express enough how incredible she is.

We were really pleased with the service we received throughout the purchase of our new home. Mandy was helpful, responsive and kept us updated as matters progressed.

Our purchase involved a chain and there were a few points where we were keen to keep things moving, particularly as we were working towards a specific completion date. Mandy stayed on top of matters, communicated with the other solicitors and helped get everything in place so that we could complete as planned.

We really appreciated her help and would happily recommend the firm to anyone buying a property.

Very friendly, professional and efficient. Was selling late mothers property and Kashim dealt with us with great empathy and respect. He made a difficult time much easier. I would definitely recommend their services.

My Solicitor was Junaid Waheed who done all great job(extremely professional way).

Junaid provided great support through a complex house move. He kept us informed through the process and was able to help us navigate unexpected challenges to get to a positive outcome. Junaid was helpful and empathetic to us and we appreciated his expertise to help guide our decisions.

Alicia has been incredibly helpful throughout our entire process, she is quick to update us, quick to respond and has been a real credit to the company. I cannot fault the service we have had and would recommend Larrington and Co to everyone! Thanks again for everything you’ve been fab!!

Exceptional service and company. Alicia was our conveyancer and was quite simply superb. First time using Larrington but would not look elsewhere. 5 stars.

Was recommended larrington & co by my mortgage advisor and they handled a transfer of equity for me. Jake dealt with my case and answered any questions I had and communication and updates were great throughout. Would recommend them to anyone in the future thanks guys

Our Conveyancer, Junaid, was personable and efficient an excellent combination for a house sale. He listened to the queries we had and came back with responses in a timely manner. We are so pleased with the service we are using him again.

Larrington and Co, and specifically Alicia who looked after our case, are absolutely superb. Simple as that. We used them as our solicitors for our recent house move and could not have been more impressed with the friendly, professional, efficient and competent service that they provided. Communication was excellent throughout, Alicia was always available on email or a call for any queries and responded quickly throughout the entire process and nothing was ever too much trouble. She also had a great working relationship with our estate agent (Cannon & Co) which made things even easier and smoother. If we move house again (hopefully no time soon!!), we will 100% be using Larrington and Co - our expectations were massively exceeded by the service they provided.

We used L&C for our remortgage and from start to the finish the process was a breeze.
Mandy Baker looked after us and was incredibly helpful with any questions, communication of progress was fantastic, both updating the portal and via email.
All in all it took around 3 weeks to complete, with no stress or hassle.
Mandy also was on holiday at the very end and the handover to 2 colleagues, left absolutely no gaps in knowledge, time or response.

Thank you very much for making this a stress free process!!

As First time buyers Alex and the team were incredibly helpful from start to finish.
