Larrington & Co Ltd Arvostelua

The best solicitors I’ve worked with on purchasing a property and I would definitely use them again. Alicia’s communication was excellent and I never needed to chase her. Very fast searches and very smooth process.

We cannot recommend Jake and the team at Larrington & Co. highly enough. Jake was absolutely amazing throughout our selling and buying process - he took so much of the stress out of what is typically an overwhelming experience. Despite the transaction being quite complicated, he remained on top of everything from start to finish, consistently keeping us well informed and reassured.

It’s rare to find a solicitor who is not only highly competent but also so proactive, communicative, friendly, and genuinely supportive. Jake was all of these things and more. Even when he went on paternity leave, the quality of service from Larrington & Co. didn’t miss a beat - a testament to the reliability of the whole team.

We are incredibly grateful for everything Jake did for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to return as a client, and I’ve been recommending Larrington & Co. to anyone who will listen. They are simply brilliant.

Alex Larrington acted for us on the sale of our property and I could not recommend him enough. The service levels were exceptional. Alex always made himself available to speak on the phone and responded to emails very promptly. The transaction was efficiently managed and this was aided by the very good phone app that the business has. Overall I have generally had some quite disappointing experiences with Conveyancing solicitors but to find someone like Alex Larrington was a breath of fresh air. He really cares about his clients and does whatever it takes to get the job done. I would 100% use him on any house purchases or sales in the future.

I’m very pleased with the service I received from my solicitor during the purchase of my property. All the work was completed on time, handled perfectly, and at a very reasonable rate.

Throughout the entire process, they were professional, responsive, and highly efficient. Everything was clearly explained, and any questions I had were addressed promptly. Their support made the entire property purchase smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solicitor. A truly excellent experience from start to finish.

I can't thank Jake Francis enough for his help with my house transactions. He was extremely helpful, professional and kind. I can honestly say that in all my years of buying and selling properties he has been the best conveyancer I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. 100% recommend him.

Impressive efficiency, amiable and friendly team, great communication, easy to contact, quality work. Would highly recommend.

We had a brilliant experience with Jake. He was so helpful with absolutely every step of our house purchase. He kept us so informed at all times and nothing was too much trouble. As first time buyers he was great with his advice and explanation of everything. If and when we move again, there is no one else we would use now.

Jake has been mine and my family’s Conveyancer for a while now managing all our transactions. He has been consistently brilliant and he has always been proactive and kept us updated. The entire team at Larrington and Co provide you security and care like no other Conveyancer.

Alicia was such a help when I was selling a house. She communicated with me every step of the way. She made everything clear and easy. I would highly recommend their service to anyone buying or selling a house. Fantastic!

What an amazing experience as a first time buyer! Alex at Larringtons gave a personalised approach, educating me along the way and we were able to complete the steps to completion in only 2 months! Thank you so much, will definitely use again.

Jake Francis, conveyancing solicitor of Larrington & Co, was of enormous help in the sale of my property: I found him knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and very happy to answer the many queries I had. In addition, he was prompt in answering my emails and happy to talk to me directly when necessary. As I currently live outside of the UK, and am thus unfamiliar with many of the UK practices, I probably had more worries and questions than most, but he was always patient, professional and reassuring. The sale was completed seamlessly. Thank you very much indeed.

Alicia kept me up to date throughout, and constantly ensured things progressed forward. I felt like the matter was in extremely safe hands, and felt consistently reassured.

An incredible firm ran by incredible people.

I was recommended Larrington & Co by my estate agents.

Alicia worked for both the sale of my current property and the purchase of my new property, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From start to finish, she made the entire process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. Alicia was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns I had, no matter how small, and her proactive approach meant I was never left wondering what was happening. She kept me fully informed at every stage, ensuring I felt supported and confident throughout.

Her professionalism, efficiency, and approachable manner truly set her apart, and I’m so grateful for all her hard work.

I would highly recommend Larrington and Co to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated conveyancing service —especially if you get to work with Alicia!

Alicia has been beyond amazing with both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new one. She has kept me fully updated throughout and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again or recommend them.

Alicia was fantastic throughout the process.
Having dealt with many firms of Solicitors Larrington are most definitely the best firm I’ve ever dealt with.
Their speed, efficiency and coming to us with as little hassle as possible made the whole experience better where we did come across issues.

Thank you again and we will be sure to be recommending you to friends and family and will be back in the future should we require your services again.

From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and stress-free, thanks to Alex, who has been nothing short of outstanding throughout. His professionalism, attention to detail, and clear, honest advice really stood out. Alex kept everything moving swiftly and efficiently, always keeping us informed and on track. Would 100% recommend Larrington & Co to all our friends and family!

Great company to deal with, I can’t thank Jake Francis enough for his continued support through the process. I would highly recommend Larrington & co and would definitely use them again.

We used Larrington & Co Solicitors for our first home purchase and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As first-time buyers, we were naturally a bit unsure about the process, but the team made everything straightforward and stress-free.

They were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout – no question was too small, and we always felt well-informed. What really stood out was how proactive they were in guiding us through the process and encouraging us to ask the right questions, helping us avoid potential issues down the line.

If you’re buying a home – especially for the first time – I’d highly recommend Larrington & Co. Professional, thorough, and genuinely supportive every step of the way.

From start to finish our purchase was handled in a professional and efficient manner. Alicia was very friendly throughout and her communication was excellent- from instructing to completion the process was so seamless and quick. We cannot thank Larrington & Co enough for their brilliant service- Thank you so much guys!

Words can not describe how grateful we are to have come across Alicia and we can not say thank you enough. As second time buyers we were very nervous due to previous issues, however Alicia always put us at ease and was always happy to answer any phone call or email - and trust me there were many! I honestly believe she is the reason we exchanged in record time (especially with a leasehold!) and I have never come across anyone as competent, switched on and as friendly as Alicia. There will never be enough words to say thank you and I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone and everyone. We were given weekly updates and it is clear communication is prioritised, something which we lacked before. The portal was also a bonus. I also have to say thank you to Alex Larrington who was happy to provide me with legal advise on a different property before even placing an offer - he again was fantastic and a credit to the business.
Thank you again.
