Landview Surveyors Arvostelua

With landview, you stand to get more than you bargained for. I’m pleased for the services rendered

Thoroughly professional service, excellent value for money. Every person we dealt with was polite and friendly, especially Ashok. Was recommended this company and I would have no hesitation recommending to someone else.

Landview, what superb service, what very professional personnel! ...
Booked a Level 3 survey, they were very professional and thorough. Would 💯 recommend, and definitely use again .

Honestly couldn’t have asked for better surveyors. From the initial contact to receiving our survey was brilliant. The best thing was that you could track of how they’re dealing with your matter.
Most importantly the survey was in much detail and has saved us a lot of money from going back to the seller on matters!

Thank you
Suki

Excellent Service- Saved us from a lemon!

I have to say that the thoroughness that our survey was done with saved us a lot of money! In the end, if we'd carried on with the purchase we'd have taken on far more than we thought we were, and Landview ensured we didn't. Excellent value for what you receive. Would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service, from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend. I could not have chosen better.

Fantastic service! The whole process was quick, easy and extremely helpful for us as first time buyers. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Service from start to finish

Faultless service!
Both the communication and the survey itself were brilliant.
I would recommend wholeheartedly and will send my relatives the contact.
Best, Ovi

I recently used the services of Landview and am very satisfied. The customer service is warm and proactive, and the measurement results are usually available within a week. The report is very detailed and includes many photos, helping me understand various issues with the property. What made me most happy was finding a surveyor who speaks Cantonese, which greatly facilitated our communication. I highly recommend this company!

Very thorough report which was used to renegotiate the price.

I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Their service was professional, thorough, and extremely reassuring. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made what can be a stressful process feel much easier. I felt confident every step of the way thanks to their expertise and attention to detail. Excellent service from start to finish!

Fantastic service provided. Our survey was completed by Gareth and we received it back within just a few days. Gareth kept us up to speed with everything along the way and even took the time for a follow up call to explain some bits in more depth. Would definitely use again.

This service was 10/10. Not a fake review or anything this genuinely got me 10k off my house. 5 stars would recommend keep up the good work guys !!

Great experience using Landview. Was recommended by our Estate Agent and had no doubt they would do a great job. Very efficient and quick to respond. From contacting the office to the survey being carried out was a matter of days (over the Xmas period which I know can be challenging) Very happy with our report and the in depth detail that was taken. Would recommend and 100% use their service again!

10/10 From start to finish survey ordered and report completed in 2weeks.Dan the Surveyor used was excellent. Report very thorough and saved me from buying a disaster of the first house I was interested in. 2nd house report also extremely thorough.
Michelle administrator very efficient, professional and responded immediately to enquiries
I would definitely recommend this company.
Price was very good too.

10/10 recommend!! Brilliant experience, have used Landview twice now as sadly the first house fell through, it was a no-brainer to go back and use them again. Annabel is so lovely and helpful as is David, who is so thorough and even helped us with a query we had after we moved in. Thank you!!

I found Landview online, and reached out to get more info for homebuyer reports. Their staff is proactive and helpful, the information provided to me was clear and easy to follow. They communicated the timeline for carrying out and providing the report very clearly. The report was professional and detailed. No hidden costs. They delivered the peace of mind as promised! Absolutely recommend!

The survey was top notch, was very detailed and once the survey was done i got the report back pretty quickly. More inportantly it saved me buying a house that had issues that I did not want to deal with. In the long run the report saved me £1000's

Excellent service. I would definitely recommend this company. Everyone i spoke to were helpful and took time to answer any queries. Wonderful service.
