Landview Surveyors Arvostelua

Very reliable, friendly and professional service, thank you.

We had a very good and thorough survey completed for a 3 bedroom domestic property. The recommendations were also very clear and useful (we will be following up with these too). Olivia was helpful and prompt throughout the process. Price was also reasonable (I thought).

The process of requestiong the survey online was easy. I didn't have to wait long before a surveyor was able to visit the property I wanted to buy and the report came back quickly. It was a very thorough report and it saved me proceeding with a house purchase that would have cost me a lot of extra money in putting right various issues.

I’m really happy with the service provided. Rachael was very responsive and helpful and the survey was very detailed and informative. James, our surveyor, talked us through the details and answered all of our follow up questions on a call afterwards. Really solid work and customer service.

My initial contact with Landview and survey booking process was good. Michelle was delightful. My report came back in less time than suggested and that’s where the positives end.
By their own (David’s) admission their survey report was ‘misleading’ and it contained various inaccuracies. After contacting a building contractor (as was suggested by the report) and also the house builder it became apparent that the report had errors and important omissions.
On speaking to the Principal Surveyor this was acknowledged. I received a rewritten report which was notably different to the original, along with a cursory apology from the initial surveyor. I’d avoid using this company again. If it’s too late for you, I’d question and fact check what is written down if you are in any doubt.

The service was prompt and thorough with easily accessible ongoing advice and support. The surveyor that did the job was very kind, patient and tolerant in providing explanation to all my questions about the report. I will not hesitate to recommend Landview Surveyors to someone if I have the opportunity.

Excellent customer service from Rachel Frame & a first class, timely survey by Alex means I would highly recommend Landview Surveyors.

This company is 5 star, great communication, great expertise and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a home survey!

I had an excellent experience with Landview Surveyors from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly smooth, quick, and efficient. From the moment I instructed them, everything moved at an impressive pace, and I received my completed survey in under 2 weeks, minding Easter break in between.

Their communication was clear and professional throughout, keeping me informed at every stage without any unnecessary delays.

I would highly recommend Landview Surveyors to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient service. A genuinely seamless experience.

Very thorough inspection, took our initial observations onboard and also tweaked the report after an error was highlighted. Rachael was incredibly helpful and responsive too!

Michelle has been amazing throughout the whole experience, from quote, to arranging the survey and helping with all of my questions in between. Her responses are always speedy and friendly, it is greatly appreciated as the house buying process is not always fun.

Ben the surveyor also did a clear report, and answered the questions i had about the roof.

Would fully recommend Landview Surveyors, thank you.

Great experience with Landview, professional and high quality survey and a call to explain some of the findings afterwards, just what you want when getting a new house!

I instructed Landview to undertake a L3 survey on a property I am hoping to purchase. From the initial instruction to the final report it has been a pleasure dealing with this company. The survey itself was very informative and Laila ensured it was comprehensively put together. They were quick to complete the survey and return the report, having an online portal to check process was very helpful to track and update my solicitor. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others looking for a survey

I was very impressed by the efficiency and service provided. I requested a Level 2 homebuyers survey and the property survey and report were done in a timely manner with a follow up phone call to talk through the findings. Very good service and highly recommended.

Michelle was very communicative, the survey was booked in quickly, and the survey done by Gareth was very detailed- I made a last-minute request to pay particular attention to a few areas, and they met these. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Landview to my friends- even if we did eventually pulled out the purchase!

The report that Landview pulled together was top notch and highlight points that could save you thousands.

Good communication throughout. A very thorough and detailed write up of the report and explanations of each of the ratings by email in advance was very helpful.

Amazing Experience with Annabel, very helpful, smooth communication and always happy to help! Highly recommend

Very good service and was very helpful even after the survey was completed.

Competitively priced competent service. Communication was excellent.
