Landview Surveyors Arvostelua

We are very happy with the thoroughness of the surveyor report, and with the advice provided. We are also happy that, during a telephone communication, we were advised that the most expensive option was not needed in our case.

Great service, good price

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Michele and her team with their support in the home survey
It is the 2nd survey we have had done, we received the report in 6 days, efficient and thorough, easy to follow. I would recommend Landview Surveyors to anyone who needs a home survey, and very good value for money

Very fair pricing.
Good communication.
Quick turnaround of report after completion of survey.
Excellent - Many thanks

The customer service agents were very responsive, helpful and the survey was seamless. It was a competitive price and I found the survey to be thorough.

We used Landview for a home buyers survey on a recent purchase and was impressed with the detail and attention to detail in the survey, especially considering the competitive price quoted . We would recommend

Great service and communication from the start! Michelle was our initial point of contact who provided us with initial information and got our surveyor booked in. She was helpful and lovely. Gareth completed our level 2 home buyer survey. He updated me once he completed the searches and informed me a timescale of when the report would be completed. Report was complete in less than two days. Extremely detailed report and he was available for us to discuss findings over the phone and via email. Good value you for money, couldn’t have asked for more! 5 stars would highly recommend.

Hi
I think the team gave me me a good customer service experience.
They were quick to respond to .y queries on the survey report which have me a better understanding.
Iiked their timely appointments for booking the survey.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and family.

I’m writing this review before my survey has actually even taken place just because of how incredible this team have been so far. Olivia has been so kind and helpful right from the very beginning of the process, she has kept me up to date constantly, reassured me if I’ve had any worries and has gone above and beyond what I expected when I booked my survey in. They are priced so fairly considering how quick and efficient they are and despite the survey not going ahead when originally planned (not through any fault of the surveyors), I have had absolutely no stress or worries purely because of how well Olivia has communicated with me throughout. I will update once the survey has been completed but so far, I couldn’t be happier that I chose this team for my survey.

Excellent service. The survey was very thorough and highlighted quite a few issues I wasn’t aware of. The went through the results with me which really helped me understand results of the survey. I would highly recommend Landview.

Land view was great from start to finish, responded quickly and kept us informed throughout. Would definitely recommend their services

Myself and my partner would like to whole heartedly thank Michelle and Gareth for their hard work and dedication towards giving us a helpful and reliable experience. They remained exceptionally professional whilst keeping in good spirits during contact with us and helped ease our anxieties when definitely needed! Thank you Landview surveyors for your quality service, there was no other company we could think to go with and hope this review inspires to keep up the great work.
Kind regards
Jack and Abi x

Excellent service from Landview Surveyors. Ashok, our surveyor, carried out a comprehensive Level 2 Home Survey that clearly highlighted the key issues with the property we are in the process of purchasing. We received the detailed report within a few working days, followed by a 30-minute call with Ashok, who walked my wife and me through the findings in depth. He addressed technical questions we were unfamiliar with and offered helpful guidance on the next steps.

Ashok was outstanding throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend undertaking a Level 2 Home Survey and would strongly recommend Landview Surveyors for their professionalism and expertise.

David from Landview surveyors was absolutely amazing — we couldn’t be happier with him. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking out for before the survey even began, which gave us so much confidence.

His inspection was incredibly thorough — exactly what you need when making such a big commitment like buying a home. David managed to strike the perfect balance between putting on his “surveyor hat” and using good old-fashioned common sense, which really helped put everything into perspective.

He was more than happy to take calls and answer emails to go over anything we didn’t fully understand, patiently walking us through each point until we were confident about the fundamental issues. He even used visuals and diagrams to make complex things easy to grasp.

An absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish — professional, personable, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right decision. We couldn’t recommend David more highly. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would!

Very straightforward no hassle. Full process was explained and survey was booked quickly. Ashok provided a very good, clear report and turnover was within a week. Also given a follow up call to explain the survey. overall swift and excellent customer service definitely recommend

A responsive, professional, speedy and reliable service received from Landview Surveyors - from enquiry through to delivery of the report. The team kept me updated throughout and secured a survey visit the same week I signed with Landview. The report was thorough and it was also helpful to speak with Darryl the week after to discuss specific areas of concern. Thank you for the advice and guidance.

Excellent from start to finish and at a competitive price.
