Landview Surveyors Arvostelua

We're first time buyers and felt that 'Landview Surveyors' were really thorough and made us feel at ease with quick and clear communication. Would recommend!!

Very informative Level 2 survey. Straight forward service provided in the timeline stated. Would recommend

It took just over a week to get the survey completed, the communication from the Office was excellent, I was kept informed of everything, a quality that I personally really appreciate.
Gareth did the survey, he was polite, knowledgeable, communicative and he got the survey back within a day.
I would seriously recommend.

We instructed The Structural Surveyors for a pre-purchase inspection after our homebuyer survey flagged cracking around a bay window. They were quick to book, flexible when access had to be rearranged, and the report arrived within days. It was detailed and well photographed, with clear measurements and a phased set of recommendations.

What really stood out was the aftercare. When the seller commissioned a second opinion and produced historical photos, Haytham reviewed everything promptly, responded point by point, and issued a revised report over the weekend at no extra cost. That helped us make a confident, informed decision at a stressful stage of our purchase. Professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.

I initially wasn’t convinced that getting a survey was worth it, as I’d heard some negative things. However, after being advised to get one, I’m so glad we decided to go ahead with it!

Landview Surveyors offered the best price out of all the surveyors I enquired with, and from start to finish, the service has been fantastic.

Michelle’s communication has been absolutely fabulous. She’s been brilliant throughout the process, and the link they provide makes it really easy to track the progress of your report.

The survey was carried out by Yan Li, and I couldn’t be happier with the report. It was incredibly detailed, thorough and interesting, yet easy to understand, with clear images to accompany the findings.

I’m now so pleased that we decided to get a survey carried out on the house we intend to buy, and even happier that we chose Landview Surveyors!

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, thorough and reasonably priced surveying service. Thank you to Michelle, Yan and the team for such a great experience!

Great customer service with good communication, and a very thorough survey. Highly recommend

Very slow, taking ever long to arrange a survey.
The worse still, there is no paper report, saying paperless office.
What kind of company is that, I wonder.
Certainly not recommendable!

The survey was booked in relatively quickly, the price was the best I could find and the report is really detailed.

Very efficient and professional service from start to finish. Fully informed throughout the process and the end product was thorough and well presented. Would definitely recommend.

We asked Landview to complete a Level 3 survey on a house we are looking to buy. Communication from the start was great- Olivia made everything easy from getting the quote and booking the visit to updating us on the report. It did take longer than some other providers to get the report back, but Thomas provided us with a thorough report within the set time. We would recommend Landview.

Excellent service from Landview Surveyors. I was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. The survey report was extremely detailed and thorough, with everything clearly explained. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service, very accommodating for the situation we found ourselves in and the report was very thorough. Defo will recommend and use again

The whole process was efficient and the survey was carried out on time, with the report produced quicker than promised. The report (level 3) was comprehensive with excellent photos. The only minor error is that the EPC result was incorrect as it related to an old assessment.
Overall a good service I would use again if I could ever summon up the energy needed to go through the trauma of another house move!

We were really pleased with a quick and thorough service.

Found Landview surveyors on a comparison website. Admittedly, they weren't the cheapest but had, by far, the best reviews.

And I can see why.

Throughout our journey with them, we were treated to excellent communication and customer service. The final survey report arrived promptly and was extremely thorough plus easy to read.
Would certainly recommend this company.

Highly recommend . Olivia was helpful and friendly throughout.

100% recommend Landview Surveyors, quick and no hidden fees.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided. Communication throughout was good, and the surveyor was professional, helpful and responsive.

One minor point was that the electric consumer unit and water stop tap were not initially located, and I feel a little more effort could perhaps have been made to identify them during the inspection. However, when I subsequently provided photographs and certificates, the surveyor was very accommodating and updated the report accordingly. He also offered to return to the property if necessary, which I appreciated.

Overall, I found the service professional, flexible and easy to deal with, and I would be happy to recommend them.

We worked with Rachael right from quoting, scheduling and getting the report perspective, and she was just amazing , highly responsive, professional and flexible to our needs.
Rachael worked directly with agents to schedule the L3 Survey at the earliest possible, and even accommodated a last minute cancellation.
Coming to the report, James Bonnett report was eye opening , excellent attention to details that we did not know goes into the report with images, findings and recommendations. We had out ROI 1000% from the report. We couldnt have asked for more

Quick booking, friendly surveyor who will give you a call to discuss the findings, keep you updated, amazing service. Highly recommended 👌
