Most comfortable shoes ever , love them !

Ordered a pair of shoes at the start of April on preorder. They should have been delivered two weeks later. It's now almost the end of May, and I have not received the shoes, nor ANY contact from La Moda, despite several attempts to contact customer service. Shocking that they are so willing to take money from customers but then not deliver the item or any level of customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This company has horrific customer service. I returned an item on 01.03.2020 and have heard nothing from them since. I have sent several emails containing proof of postage and received proof that they had received the message but have had no reply. I have also messaged them twice on Facebook and have had no reply and have now messaged their Instagram. I feel as though they have stolen my money had have no intention of returning it.

I sent a pair of boots back on the 13th of March, a day after they arrived. I have heard nothing from lamoda since! I have emailed them multiple times with no response and it is now the 7th of April. I am still waiting for my refund. I have opened a dispute with Klarna who have told me to keep contacting them and they will try and sort it. The boots are not really cheap either, but that’s beside the point. I feel like they have ran off with my money. Especially since I haven’t heard back from them at all. I will wait to see what Klarna can do. If not I may have to take it further.

I returned my shoes back on the 22.02.21 and now it’s 17.03.21 and I still haven’t received a refund. I emailed them and the automated response told me I should expect a reply within 2 working days, I still haven’t had a response. I’ve sent another email out and am hoping to get a response soon this time. Long story short, if you buy from here, don’t bother returning your item because they won’t refund you nor will they respond to your emails.

Update: I just received a refund after over a month, and they refunded me £29 although I paid £36, it just keeps getting worse. I’ve emailed them again. Let’s see if it takes another month for me to get the rest of the money. Changing my review from 2 stars to 1 now.

Ordered boots at the end of last year in the sale, they emailed saying that they had delays so they gave me a discount code and told me they’d give me some free accessories. The boots came but the accessories never did- I decided to email asking where they were (as I was excited to be receiving something else to compensate my delay). They told me my accessories were to be dispatched on a Friday and since that Friday I haven’t received a thing! I emailed again- I didn’t hear back. I DM’d them on Instagram for them to tell me someone will get back to me by email... surprise surprise, never happened! I emailed again and they told me that I had received my order! (the boots I received) then they followed up again saying the accessories will be dispatched again the following day. I doubt I’ll ever receive them.

It honestly surprises me how awful their customer service is considering their influence on Instagram. They’ve really disappointed me as I was excited to try more Lamoda products. Not going to be purchasing from here again.

Ho fatto due acquisti su questo sito, a Gennaio 2021 per l’esattezza.
Comprato nel primo ordine: due paia di stivali e nel secondo ordine un solo paio di stivali e una mascherina in pelle con borchie.
Invio rapido e arrivati nei tempi previsti.
Ma viste le recensioni negative sono molto poco incentivata a comprare ancora da questo sito

The shoes I got look great and i love them but being chelsea style boots, they were tricky to get on and somehow the pull on tab got like shredded the first time I wore them - please note it didn't snap off when i was pulling them on, the actual fabric SHREDDED which is v concerning as I literally only wore them round the house, mostly just sat at my desk. Might just be an unfortunate one off but there are a lot of complaints about quality here so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Unfähiger geht es nicht. Einfach unglaublich, wie unfähig die Arbeiten. Als Firma würde ich es nicht bezeichnen. Vier Wochen nach der Bestellung nach etlichen E-Mails mit Rückfrage wo denn die Ware endlich bleibt, erhält man dann seine Lieferung. Natürlich nicht komplett, ein Artikel fehlt . Den reklamiert man dann. Und wie bei Lamoda so üblich Bekommt man keine Antwort.Das auf etliche E-Mails. Die Einschaltung Von PayPal hat zumindest die Erstattung des fehlenden Artikels gebracht, Wohl auch der Unfähigkeit geschuldet dass la Moda nicht mal PayPal antwortet. Restliche Artikel habe ich dann zurück gesendet. Nach Über einen Monat warten, Etlichen E-Mails von mir und einer einzigen E-Mail von la Moda bei dem man nach meiner E-Mail-Adresse gefragt hat ( wie lächerlich) Habe ich endlich den Betrag erhalten. Zwar nicht den richtigen Betrag, aber da dieser nicht zu meinen Ungunsten war kann ich damit leben. Dass ich die Versandkosten für die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen musste, war mir vorher bekannt.
Fazit: weshalb ein Stern? Das schlechte Bewertungssystem lässt es hier nur zu. Lust daran hat auf viel Ärger, der kauft dort. Ich nicht mehr. Übrigens zur Qualität der Waren: billiger China Kram

A bit more busy during the holidays so it took a couple extra days to get them. Really happy with how they look and fit! Costumer service is very nice and responsive, especially through Instagram DMs.

I got 1 wrong pair all the other pairs had marks and glue leftovers.... One pair is missing a stud. They look awsome but are cheaply made and customer service SUCKS

Shopping from Lisbon, Portugal, from the third time and I have nothing but great things to say about LaModa! Their customer service was super nice to me (they reached out to me since I was one of the first orders on the newly launched website, I didn't even have a problem), they reply really fast and I got my orders in the delivery time announced (and way sooner than I expected). Of course it sucks that I have to pay shipping (which is normal from UK brands and it isn't even that much, especially comparing with other UK brands that have ridiculous shipping rates) and totally worth it! So happy their website is back!!

The product was about 4-5 US dollars, which is much cheaper than everywhere else I've looked. I'm definitely going to be shopping there again soon. Usually when I order from the UK it can take 2-3 weeks, but I'm completely satisfied and impressed with the delivery rate! Sometimes you have to put in consideration that the sizing is different and error can come when shipping the item, but I had no issues with receiving my item :D. The shipping is about the same as other international stores which is on the higher end, but it's expected and so worth it! I recommend this store to anyone!

They don't describe the items accurately - White & cream are not the same thing.

You have to pay for delivery, then pay for a refund delivery & if the delivery is rejected you'll have to pay to have the item sent back to you.

First of all, for international customers I would like to say steer clear of this online store. The shipping fee is way too much. I live in the U.S. and the shipping cost is $22.40. Yeah and I was crazy enough to pay for the shipping when the shoes itself were $30. I ordered my shoe size, but the shoe fit WAY too big. I had to return them, but they would take out another $22.40 for shipping. This is honestly ridiculous. If I knew the shoe fit one size larger, I would've never ordered my true shoe size. In the end, I wasted my money and spent nearly $50 on shipping. I am warning the international customers to beware what you purchase on this site. If I could I wouldn't even give this one star.

never even received my package! when i contacted customer care i was told that there was problems with the delivery and that it had to be sent all the way back to the UK and all i could do was wait. very disappointed

Excellent value for money I have a number of La Moda bags; I wouldn't choose any other brand now. Value for money, good quality and a variety of styles and colours...
