Being vegan and having an option to buy very cute shoes that are vegan is amazing, not only are the shoes comfortable but they are adorable and I get compliments all the time (: will keep buying from this brand - I ordered the Rosey Love Chunky Platfrom Dolly shoes
Sadly they are really that bad.
I can sadly only agree with the bad reviews. I even gave them a second chance after the first time in September my order was sent weeks later (with next day delivery) and then lost by Evri and they refused a refund until January this year, after A LOT of hassle and me slating them on social media. Now the same thing happens again. Shoes should have arrived days ago but haven't even been sent, no updates, emails being ignored. At least this time I was smarter and used a payment method that's protected. It's such a shame because their shoes are looking so nice . If you wanna risk it, make sure to use Paypal or Klarna as it protects your purchase!
Pleasantly Surprised
I had no idea what to expect when I ordered a few pairs of shoes after being served instagram ads from this company. I knew I was taking a risk ordering such high heels overseas, but so far, every time I’ve worn my shoes from La Moda, they’ve been perfect. They are a great quality, and I’m already considering another pair that I should have bought with my first order.
For shipping from overseas, my shoes arrived quickly and with minimal packaging/effective packaging.

Ho ordinato 4 paia di scarpe il 20/11/22 spedite il 22/11/22 secondo l'email. Ho speso più di 170€ e 50€ di dogana. Il 6/12/22 ho ricrvuto metà ordine pagandolo intero + dogana. Ho contattato per mesi l'assistenza che mi ha detto mi avrebbero rispedito due paia di scarpe e questo non è mai avvenuto. Pessimo sito, pessimo servizio e pessima umanità, cose che sicuramente non bastano per bilanciare le scarpe "decenti". Non acquistate da qui.

Hi Guys, I need to say I feel lucky as I received my boots in perfect order, fit and quality very good, despite having seen terrible reviews after ordering them and got very anxious! Seems a shame for Lamoda as their products are good. Thankfully I don't need to return mine for a refund. I hope they sort out everyone else's requests.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Their behaviour is disgusting!
My order was supposed to arrive the next day, however, as one item was on ‘pre-order’, I did not receive my order until December 27th. I ordered on November 24th.
I had received the wrong pair of shoes.
I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions, and sent them a written letter, stating that as per the Consumer Rights Act, I require the correct item to be delivered, or a refund. They are refusing to issue me with a refund. They are stating that I need to pay to return the wrong item that has been delivered, before they will process a refund.
I should not have to pay to return this item, or take time out of my day to do so. I am within my legal rights to receive a refund for goods not delivered.
Their responses to my e-mails are disgusting, even after sending a formal letter explaining that I will be issuing proceedings. They simply state the same thing over and over again, even after being made aware of your legal rights! It is unbelievable!
The customer service is disgusting, and ignoring someone’s legal and moral rights is quite simply inhumane.

I have now opened up a PayPal claim, so fortunately I will be able to receive a refund, as any one in their right minds would disagree with them.

WHERE IS MY MONEY?
I returned my order #000011080 (bad fit, bad quality). Items were received on 28th Nov. (Collect+ LRADYD5). As per your policy, refunds take 5-7 business days after items are received. 16 business days have passed and I still haven't got my money back. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? You rarely get back to emails and when you do, it's a lie or an excuse like the items are in your depot and need to get to another warehouse. I shouldn't have to wait because of the inefficiency of your internal processes. You got the products back, just give me my money back!!! I'm going to report to Citizens Advice and Ombudsman Services if this doesn't get solved before the end of the year. STOP STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY!!!

Leider sind sie nie angekommen, daraufhin Kontaktiere ich den Kundenservice. Mir wurden nur Ersatzschuhe angeboten. Ich wollte aber das Geld zurück Erstattet haben. Nach wirklich Wochen langem hin und her kapitulierte ich und nahm das Angebot der Ersatzschuhe dann doch an. Seit 2 Monaten warte ich auf die Ersatzschuhe und noch immer habe ich keine Erhalten obwohl ich immer wieder eine Email schreibe werde ich immer hingehalten und es gibt keine klare Antwort.
Ich Rate DRINGEND von dem Kauf bei Lamoda ab, der Kundenservice ist grottenschlecht!!!

It is getting ridiculous now!. Got my boots on Friday the 23rd of September, it would not zip up my calves, I couldn't even walk in it, I put the one boot straight back in the box and returned, and requested a refund. By 5th of October I emailed as still no refund, they said apparently the boots were scratched?! which I'm not sure how considering I couldn't walk in them and only tried on one? Anyway they said they would issue the refund, no refund, emailed again, they said apologies it wasn't marked right in the system and I should receive it soon..... basically it is now the 5th of December! and I STILL have not received my refund, I have sent multiple emails in the past two weeks and no response. Last email I got they were going to speak to finance? that was on the 20th of November. Customer service is awful! I just want my money back ....

I returned two pairs of heels on the 15th of November and have not received my refund, i have had 0 replies to emails regarding my refund but funnily enough they replied a few weeks back within 1 day when i was considering buying an item. They know exactly what they are doing, i am currently £80 down and have no way of getting through to them, will be taking it further now. AVOID!!

Shoes have been shipped as of the 9th November, Evri has confirmed they have not received the order, nothing from Lamoda via email or Fbook, the shoes I pre ordered are out on the website but absolutely no updates regarding delivery. So now I'm feeling anxious that I've essentially wasted my money. I'm absolutely stuck and down a chunk of money for 2 pairs of shoes that are lost. UPDATE lamoda have the nerve and ignorance to ask for my details here but now have ignored 4 emails, facebook messages and two online disputes. REFUND NOW.

I bought two pairs of boots on 19th October for my daughter and returned them on 26th October by collect plus. It’s two weeks and I’ve not received my money I’ve written numerous emails and no response. I want my money back. The boots didn’t fit and are unworn sent back in original packaging.

Avoid like the plague
Ordered two pairs of boots 3 months ago, yet to receive them, one pair was dispatched and magically got lost in the post. Nobody in their customer service team ever gets back to you. I’m wanting a refund but nobody will reply to my emails. Have been left with no choice but to file a claim with the small claims court to recoop my money. This company is nothing less then a common thief parading as a company. Avoid at all costs
Horrific customer service
Bought one pair of boots on the 15th sept, dispatch for the 30th sept. Hadn't heard anything by 5th oct so I contacted them when they told me the new dispatch was for 25th oct.
A second pair of boots (ordered size 6) came as a 4 and I had to pay for them to be sent back and swapped.
Still waiting on a third pair to be refunded.
Honestly wouldn't bother wasting your time ordering from them. Customer service is shocking.

Do not use this company. They have been incessantly texting my house phone promotions every single day at 10/11pm every single night. They REFUSE to acknowledge my emails begging them to stop. It is harassment. My house phone is constantly ringing at all hours of the night. They will not respond to me or delete my details. It’s like a form of torture. I haven’t even bought from them for the past 7 or so years, and judging by the extremely poor reviews no one should.
