Worst customer service of all time
Worst customer service of all time. I have a mistake when writing the address, no cancel the order option nor modify the shipping address. Send an email explaining the situation only 2 minutes after the order got no response for a day after sending many other mails. After two days, I finally got mailed back, they told me that if I can send the right address they could modify it. Literraly 3 minutes after the mail I sent the right address. The next day I received a mail saying that my order has been shipped but the address is still wrong. I send an email, but of course, no answer. After some days I decide to re-order the boots, this time with the right address, and buy the FedEx shipping priority (supposed to be 1-2 working days) it's been a week I don't know where both my orders are, and I can't track them, They don't respond and I have lost 100 euros. Plus I got a mail asking me to pay 30 euros more because of non-EU shipping while it was not mentioned on the website that they could ask this. Terrible.
Terrible customer service
I ordered a pair of boots, wore them once and both of the heels started to come away. I only wore them for about an hour and changed because I didn’t want to have an accident. Contacted customer services and was instructed to send them back. I sent them back a month ago and only after a month of consistently chasing them have I been informed a refund request was processed today so now I should get my refund hopefully within 14 days. Even though I was sent faulty shoes and they tell you 10-14 days for a refund from when you return them. What terrible experience, I really wouldn’t be surprised if I never see my refund.
Sole came off from shoe.

In November I bought two pairs of boots and they did not arrive, after a long wait in May I put a negative review here and then the Lamoda team contacted me and very quickly they returned my money. I put 4 stars because I had to fight a lot for the refund but once they contacted me everything was very fast.
Stay away, poor quality
Unlike others I did receive my shoes, however one broke the 3rd time ever wearing them (less than 6 hours’ total wear). The platform must have been just glued on poorly; it completely detached when I was walking and I almost sprained my ankle. The leg holes of the boots were also so narrow that they would not fit anyone with larger calves— no joke it took me 5 minutes to take them off and I’m a size 8. I’ll try to get a refund but reading these other reviews I’m not very optimistic.
Update: I did actually end up getting a full refund, Samantha was quite helpful although it did take around a week.
Fraud
I ordered some shoes 6 months ago and still no nothing delivered to my house. They refuse to refund me and now they don't even answer their emails. Seriously, avoid at all cost
Don’t Buy if you have bigger calves!
It’s shocking how La Moda simply refuses to address one glaring issue: their boots don’t fit ‘larger’ calves, nor do they offer sizing for larger calves. Mine aren’t the biggest yet I cannot zip my boots up, nor can I get a refund or any response from La Moda.
Disgraceful.
Four Months Later.. Still No Shoes
Ordered some platforms in December, send them back for an exchange in size and FOUR MONTHS later, I’m still waiting for the exchange or refund - absolutely absurd. Don’t bother with this site.

ordered on christmas day, with 2-3 day shipping. now almost at the end of january and still havent shipped, no responses despite contacting them twice :(

I paid for boots in November. They still haven’t arrived. Lamoda says that Yodel have delivered. Yodel only recognises the tracking number through the link that Lamoda provides. When I try to inform Yodel through their app that delivery has not been made, the tracking number is not recognised. Pascale at Lamoda has helpfully told me that my package has been delivered and that I should be happy despite sending screenshots indicating that their tracking link does not work on Yodel website. Also , they apparently delivered to my work address (which I used on the order) but which had subsequently closed for Christmas when said delivery was apparently made. Steer clear. Con artists.

After spending my own money for the return of a pair of shoes (just tried them on since they were small), I’ve received only a partial refund after three months and only after providing postal proof. Inexistent Customer service.

Like everyone else I bought shoes from the black friday sale, they first of all took so long to say they had shipped, I received an email from them that my boots have been shipped, only to see that the tracking number is fake as DPD said there was no results for that number, I come on here to see so many people being scammed, including my flat mate who spend 200 weeks before me and also still hasn't received shoes or any tracking at all! DO NOT BUY! We are going to report to trading standard and encourage everyone to do the same so no more people are scammed
No response from customer service, no idea where my order is
I ordered boots end of November and only ordered one pair based on negative reviews – I figured I should try out this company and see how it went for me.
I got an email when I placed my order, which was supposed to arrive 3 - 6 working days later. I have not received a tracking number and have emailed and DMed the company, and not gotten a response.
LaModa if you are seeing this, my order number is 100215892 . Please respond to my email.
So unfortunately, It is seeming like yes, it is true what others have said – that they take your money and don't respond to multiple attempts to get in contact with them.

If you are ordering items from LAMODA and taking a chance whether its right for you. Order through a payment that is protected and you can raise a case if need be. LAMODA will NOT REFUND returned items without a dispute. Thankfully, I raised a case though PayPal and they got me my refund, it took over 2mths.

This is the second time i have ordered from lamoda and i will never be ordering again. I placed an order for next day delivery on monday, its now friday and boots still aren’t here and never got any shipping notifications from them. Got in contact with fedex as they were the company delivering my boots and they informed me they were never even shipped out with priority delivery they were shipped out with standard!! So lamoda have basicly scammed me out of the 18.55 i paid for priority next day delivery, which is a ridiculous price to pay for delivery to begin with but i needed them for an event so i was happy to pay the extra. Got in contact with fedex again today as still no sign of the boots and they are still stuck in the UK. I have been trying to get in contact with lamoda since teusday and have got no sort of responce from them. Still have no boots and paid for a next day delivery service that the didn’t even provide me with!! I usually never leave reviews but i just can’t get over how shocking their service is and after seeing the amount of simular reviews on here i can see it is a regular occurance. AVOID !!!
Steer clear unless you like giving your money away
By all means order from this company if you like getting no order notifications, having to chase the status of your order numerous times, like ordering items that they then tell you are out of stock and having to threaten legal action to get your refund (£85 order we've been trying to get refunded since July). Appalling customer service. Would rate a 0 tbh if the option was there.
Boots arrived covered in sticky marks
Boots arrived covered in sticky marks, customer service unhelpful and told me that I should clean them myself however the marks do not come off- would expect a brand new pair of shoes to arrive clean, was only offered a discount code on my next order (not that I'll be ordering again), didn't even offer for me to return them in exchange for a clean pair.
Gorgeous boots & helpful customer care
Gorgeous boots, as funky as in the photos, and looked like good quality but I couldn’t zip them up over my leg so I had to return them. There was a delay after I returned them when I didn’t get a refund BUT as soon as I followed up with their customer service I got an immediate refund through PayPal. Perfect. No fuss, and a relief!

If I could rate is 0* I would. Customer service is non existent. Returned some boots worth £140 as they didn't zip up. Now battling with Paypal to get my money back as Lamoda won't respond even to pay pal despite my having proof of postage. No way of contacting them other than an email address which they do not reply to. Honestly avoid, don't bother it's not worth the hassle!!!
