Stay away if you prefer service. Never got the parcel but the postman signed himself (!) for it. Never got anything, even a reply is to much for that cheap quality Ralph Lauren copycat.

Worst online shopping experience i ever…
Worst online shopping experience i ever had, placed an order on 27th of feb and not delivered yet 1 April, bad customer service, they don’t provide clear answers, horrible website that goes down sometimes.
My recommendation to everyone is to avoid them.
I can provide all the evidences on my horrible experience with them.

Pessima esperienza d'acquisto sul loro sito.
Conosco il brand ma ho sempre acquistato in negozio. So che a parità di taglia spesso le differenze sono evidenti, anche a parità di vestibilità (normal, slim...) pertanto i capi è bene provarli.
Sul sito le indicazioni circa le misure sono assolutamente approssimative e uguali per tutto. La solita inutile tabella generica.
Male. Anzi, malissimo. I capi sono molto costosi, il reso è a carico del cliente, non è possibile dare indicazioni così scarse e poco veritiere!
Sbaglio e procedo con l'acquisto. L'articolo non va e devo procedere con il reso.
Nessun supporto con un corriere convenzionato, nessuna etichetta da stampare, nessun cambio merce possibile e spedizione a mie spese verso... la Polonia. I costi ovviamente sono alti.
A 10 giorni dalla ricezione del reso sono in attesa di un loro cenno e appositamente non sollecito. Voglio vedere fino a che punto arrivano.
Brand costoso, di qualità ineccepibile ma online... mai più. Sconsigliatissimo
