Je suis particulièrement déçue. J'ai effectué un achat de sèche cheveux il y a un an et demi. Je m'en sers relativement rarement et après une dizaine d'utilisations il est déjà en panne. Toujours sous garantie, j'ai contacté plusieurs fois le service client qui ne me répond pas. Je suis furieuse.

'Compatible with All Laifen Models Deep Cleaning - Medium' sounds great, but let's be honest—this is hardly suitable for many individuals with disabilities. If fate has robbed you of strength in your hands, this isn't the solution you need. It's frustrating how these products claim to be universal while ignoring the real struggles people face!

Laifen's brush head sits shallow on the brush head connector. Is the brush head faulty? Does this sizzling noise emerge from this shallow seating? That sound is not merely my vexation, not merely the thorn in my side, not merely my rage, not tinnitus—it is something far more troubling! Should those of us with disabilities turn elsewhere? This toothbrush proves unsuitable—great force is required to apply the brush properly. I carry deep concern about using Laifen, troubled the brush head might dislodge in my mouth. Can you fathom the consequences? If Laifen corrected this enormous fault, or faults, I would embrace their toothbrush with warmth. At present? Only one star.

Let me tell you a tale of shattered dreams that spans thirty long years. Many companies 'spun a sweet tale' , these so-called purveyors of "professional-grade clean", enticing us with the 'answer'. But here's what actually happened in the depths of my mouth—brush head after brush head failed It was frightening, truly. So don't even think about getting me started on all those failed dental contraptions, paraded around claiming they'll revolutionise your oral hygiene with their supposed wondrous qualities. Pure nonsense! These products have dragged me through more frustration and melodrama than any hospital drama you could ever witness on television. The companies strut about with their grandiose promises, only to deliver nothing but bitter disappointment and absolute chaos in return. It's enough to drive anyone back to the simplicity and reliability of a manual toothbrush. I have balance issues, stumbling has been a frequent consequence.

They promise "precise contact", but let's be honest—this can't even manage to reach the bottom of the brush head connector. That's not precision; that's a fundamental failure.

"exceptionally gentle on gums". Maybe it's gentle on your gums, but it's absolutely brutal on your peace of mind when you realise you've been sold a product that doesn't live up to its promises.

"eliminates hand fatigue". Perfect—unless you're one of the countless people dealing with hand weakness. In that case, you're completely left out in the cold. They conveniently forgot about you when they designed this, didn't they?

Hola, soy de argentina, compre un cepillo de dientes Laifen, me duro exactamente 1 año y unos meses. Parece programado para fallar fuera de garantía, el cepillo estaba cargado al 100% de batería pero simplemente dejo de funcionar, los productos Laifen se ven muy bien muy estéticos pero es una lastima que no sean confiables. Ahora me encuentro en argentina y no me dan una solución.

My Laifen hair dryer unfortunately stopped working after about 1.5 years. Luckily, the device comes with a 2-year warranty. I contacted customer service by email and was helped really well.
Within a week, I received a brand-new hair dryer. No hassle, no long waiting times, just a quick and proper solution. This is exactly how customer service should be! Very satisfied with Laifen’s service.

My hairdryer broke just before the two year warranty was up, I was nervous that they wouldn’t accept it for some reason but I told them what happened, they asked for a video of the problem, and then they shipped the replacement right away! I didn’t need to send the old one back either! The new hairdryer came within 2 days which was amazing! I was so happy with their super quick replies and customer service!

My first swift hairdryer the plug started making noises and stopped working. I got another one. That one stopped blowing hot air, so they replaced that one, the coils inside started glowing like they were on fire. I do have to admit, even though my warranty was up, they offered 30% off for another replacement. At first I was going to take them up on their offer, but then I thought do I want to spend the money on another one jyst to have it die on me so soon? I feel 30% wasnt enough to rectify the problem. Im a hairdresser and rely on my dryer. I feel bad because I recommend this dryer to many if my clients which resulted in 3 sales for the company. Now Im worried their dryers are going to break on them too. So buyer beware. It works fantastic when it works but they dont last.

The toothbrush itself is excellent. Unfortunately, the supply of replacement brush heads is abysmal. They are constantly out of stock, forcing you to buy a generic product—which defeats the whole purpose. I also bought an external stand/holder for the brush (since one isn't offered here), but the whole unit wobbles around. It’s a shame and definitely leaves room for improvement.

The hair dryer is excellent — powerful yet surprisingly quiet. Customer service was also exceptional. A few days after my purchase, the price dropped, so I contacted them, and they honored a price match with no hassle. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and the service.**

The customer service department is almost non-existent. I placed an order for a shaver on 29 May. The supposed 2–4 day shipping window has stretched into weeks, and the order is still pending shipment. I chatted with their customer service and got no reply, except for 'we will check and get back to you'. Disappointed!

Second, Ive owned my Laifen blowdryer for 21 months. It decided a couple days ago to stop working. I found the reciept through Shop(ify) app, took a screen shot and emailed them. After all, the manufacturers warrenty was for 24 months and I wasnt past that yet. I got a reply the same day. They asked for a short video deminstrating the problem (to see if it was fixable) and they wanted the serial number. So I provided both, and again, same day, I got a reply that they would be sending me a new one! And the following day, they emailed me again to say it had been shipped and provided a tracking link. It should be here in 6 days.

I never received my travel pouch. I got my hairdryer and it never came with it. Just send it to me. Support made the process too difficult I never received it

Had a faulty hair dryer that was replaced. Communication excellent and I received the replacement dryer promptly. I would definately buy from this company again based on this experience

Habe eine Laifen Wave gekauft. Geliefert wurde ein Gerät mit defektem Akku wie bei so vielen anderen Kunden.

Föhn gekocht op 5 april 2024, en geleverd op 8 of 9 april. Op 14 april 2026 ging hij kapot. Precies 2 jaar en 1 week. Heel toevallig is de garantie 2 jaar. Dus pech. Alsof ze een kill switch in het ding hebben gebouwd. Heel toevallig 1 week na garantie kapot.

Laifen heeft het goedgemaakt door een refurbished model op te sturen, dus dat is wel weer top! Bedankt Laifen. Hopelijk gaat deze ook minimaal 2 jaar mee.

1 Stern ist noch zuviel, Zahnbürste gekauft, von der ersten Sekunde an defekt, reklamiert, gefordertes Video dazu gesendet, Reklamation anerkannt, aber seitdem passiert Nix, rein gar nix. Weder eine neue elek. Zahnbürste noch eine Rückerstattung. Die absolute Frechheit: die erste Mails noch in Deutsch, neuerdings
unverständlicher Quatsch in Englisch. Habe viele gute Produkte von Laifen, kaufe aber nie wieder bei Laifen direkt. Grotten Service.

The Wave Pro electric toothbrush is genuinely excellent - the oscillation, pressure sensing, and battery life are all top notch. Happy with that purchase.

However, I bought the Laifen Neo hair dryer on March 12th believing it was their best model. Less than a month later, they emailed me promoting the Neo Special - an upgraded version with better features - for only €20 more. The Neo Special i guess was already being in mind when I bought the Neo, yet nothing in their communications hinted at it. I would have simply waited or paid the small difference.

To make it worse, there is no upgrade path for existing Neo owners. No way to get the Nourishing Nozzle or Nourishing Mode added to Neo. You simply have to buy the whole thing again. It feels like a deliberate omission to clear out Neo stock before the better model launched. The hair dryer itself works fine, but the lack of transparency and zero consideration for recent buyers leaves a bad aftertaste.

Laifen Swift Premium Föhn ist nach 2 Jahren und 2 Wochen unreparabel defekt. Auf Nachfragen beim Kundenservice gibt es keine Garantie da 2 Wochen außerhalb der Garantiezeit. Da ich dachte ich habe einen qualitativ hochwertigen Föhn, habe ich meiner Tochter auch noch später denselben zweiten Laifen Föhn gekauft. Mal sehen ob der sich dann nach 2 Jahren ebenfalls abschaltet. Nachhaltig ist für mich was anderes und 150 Euro für einen Föhn ist auch nicht gerade günstig wenn er nur 2 Jahre hält. Bin sehr enttäuscht über dieses Vorgehen. Werde Laifen auf gar keinen Fall, wie bisher, an meine Freunde weiterempfehlen!!!

Ich habe einen Haartrockner bestellt, der laut Website eine Lautstärke von lediglich 59 dB aufweisen soll. In der tatsächlichen Nutzung liegt der Geräuschpegel jedoch deutlich darüber.

Der Kundenservice teilte mir mit, dass sich diese Angabe ausschließlich auf die niedrigste Leistungsstufe sowie die Nutzung ohne Aufsatz bezieht. Diese Einschränkung wird auf der Website jedoch nicht transparent kommuniziert, was aus Kundensicht irreführend ist.

Zudem gestaltet sich die Rückabwicklung direkt über den Händler als äußerst umständlich. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich eine Bestellung über die Website leider nicht empfehlen.
