Very pleased with the customer service

Very pleased with the customer service. Have made many purchases with the company and one of my recent items had a defect. Customer service was very helpful and understanding of my problem and were able to issue me a replacement. Will be purchasing again and again!

Pretty, sturdy, and unique! Highly recommend!

I had seen this brand several years ago but did not want to risk purchasing flip flops internationally. I’ve really not seen anything like the styles they carry anywhere else though, so I finally bought a pair. It was a great decision! I got Seri SSG Leather Sandal Tribal in a size 9 US/40EU and they fit perfectly. I thought they felt stiff at first but they’re not, they are easy to walk in and sturdy (well made). I love the color and style options, I’ll have to get another pair!

Ho ordinato un sandalo numero 40…

Ho ordinato un sandalo numero 40 identico ad uno che già avevo ,ma calzava piccolo . Ne ho comprato un altro numero 41 e ho cercato di fare il reso del 40 ,ma il procedimento non è stato né facile , né concludente. Alla fine il 40 l' ho regalato spendendo una grossa cifra per tenere un solo paio di sandali .

I love my Laidback London sandals

I love my Laidback London sandals! Comfy lovely to look at and wear. When there was a problem, a faulty toe post, with my last pair of sandals I contacted customer service who agreed to replace the sandals- I received them quickly and I am so pleased with them. Thank you!

Ordering and delivery was great!!
My only concern in my opinion, the bed of the sandals are too slippery. When walking my feet are slipping and sliding within the sandals. They are beautiful!
