Massive subscription scam
I ordered the facial contour brushes, which I have no complaint about, they are lovely to use. What is NOT lovely is the fact that after purchasing them (for £25-30 so NOT cheap) I was then charged a further £38! I was told I’d signed up for some vip BS subscription, so I could buy more crap, cheaper.
At NO point was I made aware I was signing up for any further charges or nonsense and I would never have knowingly done so
this is a massive scam and subscription info must be hidden away so while you act like a normal person and BUY one item - assuming this is all you are involving yourself in - they are quietly signing you up for any further charges outrageous and expensive scam
I am currently demanding a refund
It is a breach of the Consumer’s Rights Act 2015 & the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 for a company to sign you up for a subscription without clear consent.

Waited a month for 2 facial contour…
Waited a month for 2 facial contour brushes and never received them. I emailed kojiva, they said it was delivered but it was not. Ups tracking doesn't recognize tracking number, and no pictures of drop off location.
Can't get a refund very disappointed.

Son una estafa. No compréis. Os suscriben sin que te enteres y te hacen cargos dobles. Es una verguenza. En mi caso compre dos porque hacían oferta. Y además un aceite. El aceite no me ha llegado todavia. Luego me llego un cargo de 43€ y pico. Pero pensé que era lo de los productos. Hasta que un mes más tarde me han vuelto a hacer dos cargos. He contactado con ellos y resulta que es la suscripción a un club que entras por su web al que nunca me dijeron que estaba suscrita. Además representa que te dan un código de acceso y a mi no me ha llegado ningun email de confirmación. No compréis porque sin saberlo estaréis aceptando la suscripción. Les contacte por lo del aceite y nunca me respondieron. Ahora para reclamar los pagos si me han respondido para decirme que no me lo devuelven. La cuestión es que me han hecho doble cargo. Ya he iniciado el trámite con el banco. Espero que algún día puedan he had mano de las suscripciones. No hay regulación y están estafando mucho dinero a la gente.

This website is a SCAM
This website is a SCAM. They charged me $29.99 and never send me a confirmation email or the product. I wrote them an email but never heard back. Two weeks later, they charged me $49.99 for absolutely no reason. Again, no email confirmation from them or response to my email or the actual product. I filed a dispute with my credit card. Stay away from this scam.

I previously wrote a review on my experience with this company. Not a good one either. With that being said I retract my previous comments. My package was finally delivered even though you never would had known I had anything coming. The lack of communicating and being more focused on basically tricking you into buying another product with the over load of incomplete purchase emails and texts received. I rate a 3 star only because the product actually showed up. The quality well I would say it looks nice. So that is my final comment on this. Will not order anything else from with the time wasted to try and figure out what east going on.

Been charged over £38 twice over the…
Been charged over £38 twice over the last two days and not received the lymphatic brush I originally paid £22 for two months ago. Total scam I would not purchase from them. Now going through the hassle of getting my money back. The reply below does not fill me with confidence as I have been in contact with them already yesterday and been informed that the charges are for a subscription that I never signed up for. The reply below seems like a delaying tactic. I have now raised the issue with my bank for all of the charges.

I wish that I’d read some of the…
I wish that I’d read some of the reviews before I ordered their Lymphatic drainage brush.
I did receive the product - which I was charged £23 for (it’s not worth the money by the way). They didn’t send an email confirming the order though, so I didn’t receive an order number or details about delivery.
I was also horrified to find that 1 week after charging me for the brush, they took £39 on the Monday AND the Tuesday of the same week.
They have responded saying I signed up for a subscription, which I definitely didn’t do and there is no mention of it at any point in the order process.
Please BEWARE of buying from this company.

I would give zero stars if I could. I warn you now, do not buy from this place. They keep taking money from my account. 3times!!!
