Muy negativa . Me estafaron en la compra. El producto ponía costaba claramente un precio y te regalaban por ese precio otro.
Me estuvieron cargando ese mismo precio varias veces por meses hasta que me di cuenta. Su respuesta fue que yo me había suscrito a una membresia vip para tener descuentos futuros.
La membresia costaba 50$!!!! Estafa total

I want to stop my subscription no answer from them

I placed an order for a lymphatic brush & was supposed to receive free express shipping. At checkout they charged $4.99 & I let that go & paid it. On their website is a Miami Beach, FL address & i assumed this was where it was being shipped from. It was shipped from China and it took 18 days to receive it. I received a knock-off version of the brush. Oh & they charged my acct $49.99 a week after I ordered. They did reply to my email saying it was for a subscription. I never signed up for no subscription and I went back to their website & the order page & there is nothing about a subscription. The lady Amy said she could not reimburse the charge but cancelled so i would not be charged again. She lied! They charged my acct again for $49.99 & will not respond to any more of my mssgs. I dont want the damn brush but they won't respond & tell me where to return it to. I disputed with my bank the 2 charges for $49.99 and the charge for the brush. I will be contacting the FTC to report them. They need to be taken out of business because they are nothing but scammers. Don't order from them!

Be aware. This is a scam. Firstly, you buy a piece of plastic at a so-called "reduced" price. It probably cost them a dollar to manufacture in China. It takes about a month to arrive. Without your knowledge in apparent small print at the check-out you have then signed up to "Ts and Cs" which means a recurring "VIP" membership at at least double the cost of the item you bought for who knows what. If you question this, blah blah, small print. Give this company a wide berth!

KOJIVA Shop is a scam! Took forever to receive my lymphatic facial brushes, yet was charged twice WAY before I even received them.
Brushes are nice BUT that is the ONLY positive comment I have.
They’re $49.99 monthly fee for ABSOLUTELY nothing is very difficult to put a stop to! I also did NOT choose or permit this fee in the first place!
Only 1 star bc I had no option for a minus rating or a WAAAAYYY below 1 rating!! ☹️☹️☹️☹️

DON'T DO IT! Biggest scam! Now I'm looking at trust pilot every time. Everything people are saying is 100% true. They will not send you confirmations emails but they'll send you email saying you didn't complete your purchase. And then start charging you $49.99 without any authorization of a monthly subscription to a "VIP Membership". I did receive the product and they are very nice but I will be canceling my credit card so they cannot charge me ever again.

I made an order on 4.29.26 my card was charged 29.90 never got confirmation/order number info then they tried to charge my card again today for 49.95 no way to remove card info. Seems like a huge SCAM!!

I echo all the negative reviews. This company is a scam. I had the same issues with a recurring charge etc. my bank has denied the 4 attempts they have made THIS month. The fraud department told me that even if I get a new debit card and Kovija attempts again on the old number, it will go to through. I’ve temporarily frozen the card. JUST IN! New email from our friends Amy- after 2 days of back and forth they have cancelled my bogus subscription !

I was charged $49.99 twice plus the actual amount of my purchase. I never received a confirmation email and the text I received never led to anything. I think this is a scam.

TOTAL SCAM !! Never received product but was charged 4 TIMES !! Disputed charges with the bank and got money back. Company said they would remove me from the system and 4 months later they charged me again. They are begging to be sued !

Scam run away, they would send you the brush but it probably only cost them $2. They would also bill you $49 out of nowhere thankfully Chase caught it for me and alert me and I had to change my credit card after that 🙃

I found out that after I ordered a facial brush that they charged an additional $49.99. When I contacted them by email they responded stating that it is for a discounted price and I just want to know who pays extra money for a discount ?Not only that they tried to charge again for the second time likely due to a glitch that payment didn’t go through and when I contacted my bank, I found out that it’s a recurring charge and I’m about to put a stop on it. Yet, they had informed me by email that they had canceled the recurring charge.

If I could put a negative I would. I purchased these brushes, they came, it took a long time, and they aren’t as soft as I hoped. But in addition to that and the bigger issue is that my credit card was being repeatedly charged after. I called the credit card company and they said as it was down as a recurring payment I needed to either contact the merchant or change my card number. I decided to change my card number. I never signed up for any recurring payment. Very angry that I ended up being charged at least 2x more for what?!? Lesson learned, I will definitely be more cautious about what I am buying in future.

OJO, es una estafa. A mí sí me llegaron los productos, aunque tardaron, lo que no me llegó es un mail de confirmación de pedido, por lo que no tengo manera de localizar la transacción.

Hasta que de repente veo que me acaba de llegar un cargo a la tarjeta de unos 43€. Cancelo la tarjeta inmediatamente y desde ese día lo han estado intentando durante semanas...

Como no tenía ningún correo ni nada me costó bastante localizar de qué compra se trataba, hasta que investigando, me di cuenta de que era esta empresa.

This is a scam company, you place your order (which will never arrive) and then they automatically bill you a $49.99 membership fee REPEATEDLY. They are commenting saying they are under new management but this is clearly lies to keep the scam going.

Stay away from this company — this is a scam.

I purchased 2 brushes plus 1 on an offer, but they ended up taking £228.87 GBP from my account. On top of that, they claim I was signed up to a subscription fee of $49.99 USD (around £36.78 GBP), which was not made clear at the time of purchase.

When I queried the charges, I was asked to send screenshots so they could investigate. I did this promptly, but received no follow-up or resolution.

I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover the money.

Be very cautious before ordering — unexpected charges and lack of customer support are a serious concern.

This company are scammers. I ordered a brush from them which I paid for. They then took 2 further unauthorized payments from my account which I'm trying to get back. Don't trust this company!

I ordered 2 brushes and I got them after a month. This is the 2nd time they are automatically taking money from my account. Several times I emailed they said we canceled it but the second time on April 25th they took again money. The first time on March 26th they took money. Despite the brushes money they took 84€ extra.

I placed an order for 2 brushes. They came, which is surprising. 34.95. Ok. Then i check my bank and 49.99 has come out twice. Ive reached out to the company to no avail. And the brushes are no different than the ones I got from amazon for 18.

due to your company going into my account today and creating an unauthorised purchase for the sum of £37.43 today date?
My original order was placed 19/03/26 which I added 1 extra brush as part of your deal and still is not confirmed for delivery.

I have contacted my bank and zilch to notify them that your company is fraudulent.
I will also take to social media and Trustpilot review to notify others this is a scam.
