If I could give them zero stars I would. Like others, I paid for the ring last fall and while I received the sizing kit, no ring and canned responses. I sent them a request to cancel my order only be told all resources are dedicated to fulfilling orders and once they are done they’ll look into possibly refunding me. I’ve also made CES aware of the situation..not expecting then to help but they should vet their vendors. Next step - BBB and see if my credit card can assist.

Complete scam, never received ring. Managed to get most of the money back from credit card company but not the initial "early adopter" payment. This "company" seems to be a conglomerate of shell companies all listed to the same address in Sheridan, WY, and are also listed as WILDERDEV and VELORO. They also seem to be selling "high end" blenders or $1500. Anyhow do not purchase, I am embarrassed I fell for this! I reported them to better business bureau (BBB.org) and reported them to the Attorney General of Wyoming, hopefully that may at least help other people from making the same mistake and they will be shut down!

If I could give it a 0 'no stars' I would. Ditto to all the experiences below. I've requested a refund with no success.

This seems to be a scam. I paid to join the crowdfunding project back in 2025. Received some vague promising emails and then an email requesting final payment to reserve my ring. I was excited. Paid my amount. Now after tons of emails, shifting empty promises and timelines that continually change month after month I still have zip. Nada. Nothing. By the time I did my due diligence and investigated further and realized I have been scammed my bank told me it’s too late to request a refund due to fraud. I’m am disappointed in myself for falling for this.

Please do yourself a favor. Don’t give these people any money!!

I paid for this product more than a year ago and never received it. Throughout that time, there were promises and shifting timelines, but no actual delivery. The company was happy to take customers’ money, yet failed to provide the product that was advertised. The lack of follow-through and poor communication have been extremely disappointing.

do not buy anything from this company. their business practices are deplorable and they do not have a ring imho. they refuse refunds until rings are shipped- what? i paid a lot of money for a product to never get. contact the BBB and fraud protection as i have to have these people investigated.

What they all said. This company is a scam, I fell for it, bought my ring in October 2025, received my sizing kit in January 2026, their website does a pretty impressive job with lingering expectations, I reached out to them 2 months ago asking for an order update, they responded yesterday (yes, 2 months later) confirming the address where the ring is going to ship (allegedly in June) - waiting to see what the next step is going to be. In the meantime I requested a refund through my card (Apple Pay), I got a preemptive refund, but they might still be investigating. We'll see what happens.

I fell for it too. Paid last September 2025. After a few complaining emails received a ring sizing kit in February. Very fancy slick packaging look very expensive. I regifted the box to my five year-old niece because she loved it so much. I know finally looking here to see other people’s experience, which clearly I should’ve done eight months ago. I plan to start a legal action. Has anyone else done so? Would anyone like to join me?

I ordered the founders edition as part of the first 1000 to order. I did receive the joke of a sizing kit and placed my color and size order. I emailed in March 2026 asking when rings were going to ship and was told no official date and to look at the app for the demo. I could never get the demo or app to work. I contacted them a week later and asked for a refund. They said they would give me a refund and I would hear from the cancellation department. After a week, I contacted Amex and they did their investigation and ended up giving me my money back. I see they still have not sent out any rings. Obviously a scam.

I ordered and paid for my ring in July 2025, $749. I have sent multiple emails inquiring about the status of the ring, and have received canned responses, ie: "I can’t give an exact day because handoff times vary, but based on where your order sits, you should receive your tracking email soon." Upon initial order, the ring was supposed to ship in Q1, then it was "Bond Ring Shipping and Demo
Once your ring size and shipping address are confirmed, the Bond Ring Founder’s Edition is expected to start shipping in late February and March as we ramp up production. The latest demo can be found in our dedicated CES coverage at this link, and the app demo can be found at this." Now it is, "The Bond Ring Founder’s Edition continues shipping and will keep going as production ramps up. You can expect to receive your ring between the end of March and the end of June, depending on your position in the queue." I finally decided enough was enough and requested a refund. This was the response, "In response to your inquiry regarding the status of your smart ring order. The request has been sent to our cancellations team, and it will be handled directly by them. Please note refunds are not processed immediately. Feel free to see more details about cancellations". I sent a reply asking if I should go through my CC and have not received a response. This company is a SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered and paid June 2025 it’s now April 2026 and nothing….the company is not responsive, the website changes and no one has received their ring. It’s a total scam

Absolute total fraud and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. They keep claiming orders are coming and have shipped but can’t point me to a single shipped order or review. There is no way a business would operate the way they have if they planned to stay in business and were building for the long term.

THis company is either incompetent or dishonest. They arent responding, cintinue to make promises they dont keep. They said my ring was on the way, issues a fedex tracking number but never mailed the package left it in processing mode- which seems all part of trying to stop you from asking for a refund and showing fake progress. The twechnology behind the ring has been questioned by experts so its not looking good. I will change my review if this is just disorganization but want to warn those thinking of buying to stay away for now

As with everyone else, they took my money and vanished. I got two (yes, not one, but two) sizing kits that I never knew I was getting (they just showed up). The company responded to emails on a couple occasions which sounds like more than most got, but now I get no response on any platform. This company is a scam and I will be disputing the charges with my credit card

It's a scam company. I ordered 699 or some such BS. I became skeptical and asked for drefund. No response. I received a sizer kit with the promise that the ring would arrive by March 2026. Nothing. The feds need to get involved because they are totally stealing from folks when they don't even have a product.

I ordered the founders kit and it was supposed to ship in October 2025. I never received any email about sizing which I was supposed to get before then. I contacted the company end of November because I decided I did not want the ring anymore and an early December they said OK no problem we will refund you. I never received a refund and never received any future responses from them. I had to ask for the money to be refunded by my credit card company which I did end up getting. 0/10

Laughable scam. Owner is a joke.

Several years ago I deposited $99 for a bond ring that was to ship two years ago. No prototypes or rings. Company location is a parking lot. I was able to get my deposit back after 9 months. But they have fraudulent advertising and technology that is impossible.

Company is a fraud. Everything has been late / not yet delivered. Fit kit wasn't at all what was promised. Customer service response are so unprofessional and take forever to respond, if they even do.

BUYER BEWARE. I was told ring sizing kit would be sent in Oct 2025. In Jan 2026, told shipping soon. Was provided UPS number but no updates beyond label creation. Then told can't find my order. Asked me if I used a different email address. Sent them screenshots of emails they had sent. When I mentioned fraud, I got an email saying they have forwarded my request for a refund (which I did not request) to their cancellation team. I'm calling credit card company this week and filing complaints with BBB and state AG. Already notified Instagram.
