Betrügerische „Firma“: sie haben meine Kreditkarte mit 49$ als „wiederkehrende Zahlung“ belastet. Einmal hat es gklappt und ich habe das Geld nicht zurückerhalten obwohl ich meine Bank informiert hatte. Seither versuchen sie TÄGLICH meine Karte zu belasten, aber die Bank lehnt die Zahlung ab. Wenigstens das.

Scam company, they charge for hidden monthly subscription.

Do not purchase from this company. They fraudulently signed me up for a subscription model that I did not agree to. Not only that but they also charged almost double on the second illegal purchase. Do not trust this company it is a scam.

Absolutely terrible experience with Kojiva. I cancelled my subscription/product long ago, yet they continue trying to take payments from my account every single month. I have contacted their support team multiple times, and every time they promise the issue has been resolved and that no more deductions will happen. But the same thing keeps happening again and again.
Today once again they attempted to charge my account, and luckily my bank blocked it. This constant harassment and unauthorized payment attempts are extremely frustrating and stressful. It genuinely feels like they do not care about customer concerns at all.
What makes this even worse is that now their contact information itself seems invalid — the email address provided is showing as not valid, making it even harder to get support or resolution. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this company and their customer service practices.
I regret ever purchasing from this company. Instead of resolving the issue permanently, they keep giving false assurances while continuing to attempt deductions from my account. I’m now worried about the impact this could have on my banking and credit records.
This entire experience has caused unnecessary mental stress and inconvenience. Would never recommend this company to anyone !!

Bought an overpriced facial brush for $29.99, and was suddenly charged weeks later $49.00 a month for a membership i never knew about nor agreed to. Upon research Kojiva is posing as KojEva, a reputable company. Amex was not help with the dispute, btw

Terrible experience. The brush came damaged and I was billed 4 times USD 49.99 and one time USD 29.90. My card was just debited directly. So I have got a damaged brush for USD 180!

They double charged my card, refused to cancel a subscription I never signed up for, and never shipped all the products I ordered. I cancelled my credit card and filed a claim. Scam!!!!!!!!

I would give no stars if possible. I got a brush for $29.99, but now they have charged me $49.99 once for who knows what and now they keep trying over and over to keep charging me $49.99. They don’t even have a working website.

It’s a scam site, I ordered brushes and now they charge me 49.99 a month without my consent, cannot get hold of customer service
I paid with my one pay debt card. I cannot retrieve my money which was scammed.
Brushes are from temu and junk quality as well

Fraudulent company. They put you into a subscription without any notice and then charge you monthly for literally nothing. No product, no service. Just stealing. They have changed the name of their company to avoid being caught!!! It's now KOJEVA!! When I found out they were stealing from me I immediately contacted them and they responded saying they'd take care of everything - just charged again and now their customer service email doesn't exist. Thieves!!

I ordered one brush. Whilst it was delivered, I have been charged on multiple occasions of USD 49.99. When i tried to contact the company I had a bounce back from the support email on their website. So no way to contact them. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM- do not order from this website. I did not receive the products and to add insult to injury they took money out of my account without my permission for a subscription I didn’t want, know about or sign up for. I’ve had to cancel my card and start a dispute with my bank for the stolen money. I tried to reach out to the company using the email address on their website and it doesn’t have a domain and bounces right back. Do not waste your time or money on this scamming company.

This shop it is a total scam!!!! Don’t buy anything on this web. I bought some beauty brushes and next month they billed me 80 euros for a fake subscription. I am dennouncing them at the Spanish police for cyber crime.

Never got the product and they are still trying to charge me monthly, but I never agreed to a subscription thing. Had to block them. Awful! No way to reach them apparently. Run! Have no idea what the product is like, but the company is shaky!

SCAM! There needs to be an option for a zero stars review because I can't in good conscience give this alleged company one star.
Where do I even begin?
I placed an order for a brush duo. Didn't get an order confirmation until I reached out and asked for one. I'm surprised they got back to me. Once I did get one, it wasn't giving me much tracking insight. I waited for several weeks and still not much movement. I reached out again for an updated tracking number and took it to a universal tracking website. Tracked the package and found out it was returned to the original shipping facility!! I contact them again to explain what the tracking is reflecting, now they're "investigating" and assuring me it's on the way and it clearly is not. It has been over 2 months now and still nothing. I demanded a refund and they keep asking for more time. I'm so aggravated. They are not a legitimate company, they are not honest and I would never purchase from them again. On top of all that, after my initial purchase, they charged my card 3 more times for a "subscription" that I never signed up for. Scam, scam, scam. I never even recieved the item that I was excited to try, and I want my money back. Though I doubt I will see it again. Do not buy from the company.

This is a complete scam. Do not buy brushes from them. They charge you even after you’ve cancelled your membership. They will not provide a refund. This is a complete and utter scam. I had to get a new card.

I purchased from Kojiva Shop thinking it was a one-time purchase. I was later charged additional recurring fees that were not clearly explained or expected. No clear subscription confirmation was provided and contact information was difficult to find. I have raised a dispute with my bank.
Would not recommend purchasing without caution regarding possible hidden billing.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Like all the reviews on here, they charged me for an item I did NOT receive AND they also charged another 2 payments from my card. When I asked them, allegedly I signed a subscription for VIP BENEFITS!!! Why would I sign a subscription for a one off item, which was a brush, and now has cost me over £110?! My bank recognised this as a scam and I am in the middle of an investigation with the fraud team who are trying to recover my money.
HORRIBLE and dishonest company. I would urge everyone to avoid them as they con people. I learnt this in a very expensive way. They are conning customers out of hundreds of pounds and you may miss the recurring charge, AVOID AVOUD AVOID at all costs!
