Warnung vor dem Kauf bei dem Unternehmen. Versand erfolgt aus den USA in einem dünnen Plastikbeutel, die Kartons kommen völlig verformt und zerdrückt hier an. Als Geschenk nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Die Rücksendung in die USA soll dann, trotz Mangel, auf eigene Kosten erfolgen. Das entspricht nicht den AGB der Firma. Trotz mehrfachem Schriftwechsel keine Einsicht und Ablehnung. Es wird kein Retourenlabel bereitgestellt.
Darüber hinaus sehen die Leuchten bei weitem nicht so wertig aus, wie in den hübschen Bildern der Hersteller. Billige Chinaware sehr mäßiger Qualität. Schade. Definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Update/ Ergänzung:
die Antwort von Klarako zeigt das Problem- es gab mehrfachen Kontakt zum Support. Es kommen Standardantworten, die am Thema vorbei gehen. Es geht um die Übernahme der Versandkosten wegen einer beschädigten Sendung…. Keine Rückmeldung dazu. Alternativ kann gerne auch der Betrag ohne Rücksendung gutgeschrieben werden, wenn die Rücksendung auch für Klarako unwirtschaftlich ist. Es gibt keine Rückantwort auf konkrete Anfragen. Nicht hilfreich.

The light emitted by this lamp is ugly. It’s either very bright white, cold blue or a weird orange like a British street lamp.

Like another reviewer I was afraid this was a scam after I placed the order. However I just received the lamps and they did not disappoint, really nice product. The delivery tracking feature on the website was also very useful

Beware of poor customer service.
I ordered two lights which took a very long time to ship from China (over a month from order)
When they arrived I didn't like them so arranged a return. I didn't realise that the return would be to the U.S and not free. It cost me £28 to return. Tracking indicates they received the return over two weeks ago and I still haven't received a refund from them. A very expensive mistake purchase.

I have now received the refund for the lights but I was not reimbursed the £28 that it cost to return. I had emailed you proof of postage and tracking information and so please do reimburse this cost to me. Thank you

I ordered two lights and needed some assistance from customer service, but they were able to be resolved.

I purchased 2 lamps and am absolutely thrilled with them.
They did take a couple of weeks to arrive. I contacted them by email and they responded very quickly.
I have read some of the bad reviews and did panic that it was a scam!! However it definitely isn’t and I am really pleased with my purchase

Verkaufen china Ware für viel Geld. Auf temu und co gibt es die Lampen viel günstiger. Hier zahlt man das 7-fache!!

Good experience
Despite the reviews on here, my experience was great. The product took a couple weeks to arrived, expected, but customer service was helpful towards my inquiries. Product is very good looking too!

After a full month, my order is still in the exact same location in China. Every time I asked what the status was I was given a different answer... first they had a miscommunication with the courier, then they had a warehouse fire, etc etc. Each time they assured me it was "now on its way!" but it was a lie every time. This company is 100% a scam.

Placed an order on August 11th - checked 20 days later, order had still not arrived. The address has hours that it keep 8-6pm and when I requested proof that they had delivered the order to the address they sent me photos (of the package) in front of the place it was supposed to and handed to a staff member. However, on their shipping confirmation, it clearly says it was "apparently delivered at 8pm" which is outside of open hours. They lied and tried over to cheat me out of money. I will process this failure to deliver with my credit card company./

Ordered took ages and no response, lied about the delivery option being DHL when it isn’t DHL. Never received the package. Told to go and pick it up instead. Clearly this company is not legit

My order took 26 to arrive ( they quote 5-9 days on their site ) and even worse only last six weeks before one lamp just stopped working despite me paying £97.

I approached them about a refund, replacement or repair they said no and simply referring me to their returns policy which states that they only accept responsibility within 30 days.

The lamps look nice but they have not customer service and I notice they haven't even responded to the poor reviews they have previously received. Do not buy from this company under any circumstances!

Never received my order, continuously questioned the whereabouts and was given fake shipping and tracking details.

These guys claim they sell household lamps. Two weeks and still not delivered. The Contact Us links on their website and on their confirmatory e mail do not work. I received a "On it's way!" notification four days ago. However, when I click on Track Your Delivery, no information is given. This site seems either a scam or a very badly run business.
