I’ve just received my order and I have to say that I’m incredibly disappointed. I purchased the lamp as a birthday present for my mother, and now it’s too late to get anything else. The packaging doesn’t match what they advertise, it’s in a beaten up non-branded box that looks like it’s from a discount store. And the lamp itself, which is described as glass on their site, is some kind of plastic! I thought I was purchasing a premium product, but it seems to be a cheap drop-shipped item from China.

Picked up three lamps, but one arrived a bit banged up. Short an email over to customer service, and they were absolute rock stars from start to finish. Seriously, major kudos! The lamps themselves are fantastic, but i have gotta give props to their stellar customer service. Definitely gonna be recommending them .

Ordered the Spiral Table Lamp as a gift for my sisters birthday. Arrived in 8 days to the US. She is absolutely thrilled with it, Constantly mentioning how the design looks so elegant and matches her interior decor at home.

The italian chrome thinkers are a knock out of the park with their liighting design. Each fixture adds a touch of sophistication to my place and has a unique design to it. Klarako's support team was always quick to sort out any issue i had. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for modren lighting solutions! Every thing is ok but the delivery is 1 day late.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Klarako in the hopes of preventing others from encountering the same disappointment.

Despite their advertised "90-Day Risk Free Guarantee," my interaction with Klarako left much to be desired. I purchased eight lamps from them, anticipating both quality products and the reassurance of their guarantee. Unfortunately, none of that was accomplished.

The lamps began malfunctioning shortly after delivery, leaving me with eight non-functional items in a matter of weeks.

When I attempted to seek a refund within the specified guarantee period, I encountered resistance and refusal from Klarako. It became evident that their commitment to customer satisfaction was lacking.

In light of my experience, I strongly advise against engaging with this company. Their misleading advertising and failure to uphold their own policies make them an unreliable choice for consumers.

Professional modern light brand like none other i have used. I had a big order and the customer service was superb with delivering my order in safe conditions. I have had the lamp for four months now and they all work perfectly. absolutely love the designs Klarako has been recommended by me to so many of my business partners and i have wanted to write this review to pass on the message. Thank You!

Die Lampe ist kühl, aber nicht sehr hell Es wäre besser, wenn es mit Smart-Home-Apps Komatibel wäre, damit ich es es von meinem Mobiltelefon aus beleuchten kann.

I placed an order more than 1 month ago and still have the received it. Unacceptable!

2 weeks to delivery to italy, Arrived packaged nicely in Klarako bnrand packiging. Opened up to find my two Crystal lanterns looking exactly like the video. # months later, its the lamp iuse every night to light up my beside. 8/10

Bought 8x Klarako Crystal Lanterns for my home bar and the lights look exactly like exactly like the photos. Beautiful aura, luxurious design, with a modren feel to them.10/10

They are very quick to take your money; very slow to deliver the product you paid for or refund your money. I ordered 2 Reno Floor Lamps in January. I followed up when the order hadn’t shipped after 3 weeks. At first they claimed the order was ready, and I even received a fake shipping notice, before they eventually admitted that the lamps weren’t available in the color I ordered. They stopped responding when I asked about the status of my refund, so I eventually just filed a chargeback with the credit card company.

Had an issue with my address being super remote but solved it with customer service. Got my lamps perfectly packaged and they look great on both my night tables. Highly recommmended

Just added 8 Klarako Crystal Lanterns to my crib, and boy, do they set the mood right! Super luxurious feel and they fit right in with my decor. Only snag was a tiny delivery hiccup, but Klarako's support team sorted it out fast 9/10 for me!

First-time purchasing from Klarako so naturally had my doubts. Delivery was super quick. The lamp arrived safely packaged. I did face a bit of an issue which the customer service rep took care of right away with no problems

Nach unserer sehr betrüblichen und ärgerlichen Erfahrung muss ich eindringlich vor diesem Unternehmen warnen, aus meiner Sicht eindeutig ein Unternehmen mit betrügerischen Absichten. Die bestellten Lampen kamen erst nach 7 Wochen an, so schlecht verpackt, dass bereits vor dem Öffnen klar war, dass der Inhalt nicht heil sein kann. 3 der 8 bestellten Lampen waren komplett kaputt, diese wurden auch nach einigem Schriftverkehr und Videobeweis erstattet. 3 Lampen direkt für den Müll, das war eigentlich schon schlimm genug. Produziert um sofort weggeworfen zu werden. Generell absolut minderwertige Ware zu extrem überteuertem Preis. Die anderen Lampen gingen zuerst schon mehr oder weniger, nach wenigen Tagen jedoch eine nicht mehr und die anderen mit einem solch schwachen Licht, das sie für nichts zu gebrauchen sind, nichtmal als Notbeleuchtung. Teilweise schalteten sie sich auch selbstständig an und aus. Es folgte viel Schriftverkehr, selbst aufwendige Lichtmessungen nahmen wir vor, die belegten, dass diese Lampen zu nichts zu gebrauchen sind und sich auch die Angaben im Internet mit denen auf dem Beipackzettel teils widersprachen - und eben auch Teils gar nicht funktionieren. führten lediglich zu dem Angebot auf eigene Kosten diese Lampen zurück zu senden. Jedoch: in die USA. Das hätte etwa 80 EUR gekostet. Das Risiko, nochmal 80 EUR zu investieren und dann gar nichts mehr zu hören war uns zu groß, (denn wir sitzen bereits auf einem Schaden von unbezahlten 300 EUR). Bei nochmaliger Kontaktaufnahme erhielten wir die Nachricht, dass nun mehr als 30 Tage nach Kauf vergangen seien und deshalb keine Ansprüche mehr bestehen. Absolut dreist! Finger weg von Bestellungen bei diesem Unternehmen!

Recently invested in 6 Klarko Crystal Lanterns for my front porch and they absolutely exceeded expectations. The ambiance they create is simply enhanting, blending opulence with a contemporary edge flawlessly.

Lovely LED Motion sensor lights that came and deliverd to my address in under 2 weeks. I use them for drawers in my room and they are a complete gamchanger!
