We had a problem with some parts of my daughter’s favorite box so far being accidentally thrown away, and thinking it may be nearly impossible to get replacements, I made the effort to reach out to the customer service team and lo and behold, not only did they respond in an unbelievably short time frame (I was expecting days not hours), they went above and beyond and are getting my daughter her replacement items sent out so she can continue to love her Atlas crate. You guys are awesome!

Quick response and solved my problem.

It took a month to finally get someone to help

I liked the boxes i don't like that I have to watch videos to do them, and written instructions aren't available.

When I reached out for support I got some weird AI slop responses that didn't make sense and then one that seemed like it was trying to threaten me for a 5 star review after I reviewed the help low (bc it was AI slop)

Super weird. Cancelled boxes.

A part was broken in our kit and it only took 2 emails to resolve and a replacement part was on it's way.

Thank you for replacing the broken part so rapidly. The experience of requesting the part and having the order processed went very smoothly.

I placed my order and understood that it would take a few days. Received an email confirmation which was important and had an additional communication which also was helpful.

My child loves the boxes that come every month. It’s a great experience.

We love our KiwiCo subscriptions and look forward to them. I needed a piece replaced and within 48 hours got a comprehensive response and a timeline for when my part is coming. Thank you KiwiCo!

The KiwiCo Customer Care team responded to my request promptly, and they were courteous, professional, while also showing compassionate and understanding. Throughout the experience, it made me feel I was respected and appreciated, and I am genuinely grateful for their support.

My son was so upset that a part of his stem creation from kiwi co had accidentally broke. I contacted customer service and asked about a possible part replacement. They were so friendly and helpful. After a few emails, we got the great news that they were going to send the replacement part that he needed to fix it! Needless to say, he was extremely happy! Great customer service!

Speedy customer service! All around fantastic product.

I would strongly advise caution before subscribing to KiwiCo, especially from outside the US.

We paid nearly $450 USD for a subscription and initially received only one crate. After that, nothing else was shipped despite ongoing payments, and customer service communication was slow and unclear.

This was extremely frustrating, especially for children waiting for their projects and activities.

Update: After repeated contact and my original review, KiwiCo eventually resolved the issue. The missing crate has now arrived quickly, and shipments appear to be back on track.

While I am relieved that the problem was finally addressed, the overall experience and communication during the process were still disappointing.

Our monthly crates came damaged from being left by the delivery company in the rain. KiwiCo was quickly yo resolve the issue by sending new crates out right away! Thank you!
