Super fast response from the customer care team. I was also impressed with the AI generated auto response. It seemed better than most AI auto responses I've received from other companies. Warmer and more friendly than most.

I was also really happy with the resolution to my issue the customer care team member took. One of the parts to my sons crate broke, but they were out of stock. So rather than make me wait for a new part, the team is sending a whole new crate for my son to build. He was so excited when I told him about it. We started getting crates in December and he absolutely loves them. They are ao much fun to build and play with each month.

Had a package ship, but never arrive. Customer service got back to me so quick and sent out a new package. I was very impressed with the speed of service. This even happened during a holiday weekend.

KiwiCo quickly addressed our issue and kept the “good feels” about our monthly box going for my 6 year-old. He is very excited to receive his box each month and it did deflate him a bit when we couldn’t finish the project. He is now excited again to receive the part that broke and get to finish it. Thanks for keeping that creative spark alive for him!

We’ve found the KiwiCo crates to be great, and I’ve even recommended them to a few friends. It’s unfortunate, though, that I’ve had such bad dealings with the company — their customer service is really lacking. After accidentally renewing my 12-month subscription, I tried to change it and was happy to pay extra for the difference, but they showed no understanding at all. We’ve also had two of the three crates break, so I think the product quality has declined over time.

Crates are great idea, but quality is terrible. We've done 5 crates. #3 rocket launcher broke 5 mins into use. Plunger handle snapped. #4 sound effects broke 10 mins into use, pull string internal tension mechanism broke. #5 mechanical hand just arrived with a broken piece. Done. And their customer service is a joke.

Ordered a gift for my nephew over 3 weeks ago. No confirmation email but £35 taken out of my account. After a week and a half - used the online chat to ask when it would arrive. The chat is a bot - which essentially told me nothing.

When I got through to an actual person - they told me my order was on the way. I was told that it would arrive in the 14 working day window. I said that if it didn't arrive in this time - it's only fair I have my delivery cost refunded. The agent agreed and I waited until it was 15 working days over - still not received. I have contacted them to say - where is my order and can I have the delivery charge refunded as discussed.

Que second lot of bots and a different agent who said that it was 'lost' and they would send out a replacement. I asked again for my delivery charge to be refunded - as it has been almost a month since ordered. I also asked them to confirm I haven't been put on their subscription after reading here.

Was told that I wasn't on the subscription but that they would send a replacement crate (no mention again of the refund). I asked for a third time for a refund on the delivery charge - they replied that my subscription would be cancelled and they have refunded the whole amount (so assuming I will not be getting the crate I ordered for my nephews birthday a week ago).

Shocking customer service, no communication, seems like a massive scam - avoid.

My son's kit was missing a piece. I contacted Kiwi, and was given to representative Rhyme. She was awesome from start to finish. Quick responses, and a part was sent out so he can finish his kit. 10/10

I've always appreciated the though and care that goes into KiwiCo's quality toys, and especially that it carries through with their customer service. I recently reached out because we lost the plug to our KiwiCo water table (which is not cheap!). Customer support was responsive and understanding, and a new plug is on the way to us. I appreciate that they are helping us make sure their well-made items can last even longer, with minimal waste!

The customer service has been unmatched! The site is easy to use, the products are engaging and super fun, and contacting customer service when we had an issue was a breeze, and they immediately responded and resolved our issue!

The customer service is amazing!!! They address our needs very quickly and are always willing to help. All the kits we have received have been my son's "favorite"!!!!

Noticed that the lacquer on some of the wooden toys where starting to peel off, especially around the joints. One was really bad and the lacquer peeled off fairly quickly. I sent in a complaint and told them that this feels a little bit unsafe as it is a baby toy. They automatically sent me a new toy. I didn't want a new one because I figured the lacquer is just going to peel off on that aswell. I had to pay 5,68USD in customs for a toy valued at 3USD. And when I complained about the customs fee for a replacement I never asked for, they told me that I should've checked my countries laws for import before placing and order and offered med 10USD in credits on their website. Will not be needing those credits.

Terrible customer service. The automated AI chat is a joke, and the human support staff wasn't any better. Three out of the six boxes I ordered were lost in transit, yet customer service kept wasting my time discussing the boxes that had already been delivered instead of addressing the missing ones.

I had to ask at least five times to cancel my subscription and issue a refund, and they still refused to help. It wasn't until I requested a supervisor call me directly that any progress was made.

Between the lost shipments, poor communication, and difficulty getting a simple cancellation processed, this has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company based on the level of customer service I received.

The boxes are a great fit for my baby (first year of life). With the delivery of the second box in our subscription there was some confusion, so I wrote to customer service and got a fast reply

Had an issue with one part of a recent kit and customer service answered promptly and initiated a replacement for that part right away.

Company responded promptly and sufficiently regarding a delivery issue. Amazon delivered the crate in the rain, leaving it on my front stoop with no plastic to protect the box. Needless to say to say the box was very wet. The paper contents were very damp and wet on edges of the instruction booklet. Fortunately, the company put most parts in plastic protection inside the box. I was upset that the delivery was poor and no concern of contents by delivery driver. I feel that the representative is genuinely concerned about the circumstances and wants customer satisfaction.

First of all, my 9 year old is obsessed with Mark! It made his year when his aunt gifted him this subscription for a year. All of the boxes have been amazing! This last one was great, but we did have an issue putting the covers on the switches for the voice changer and it broke. Customer service was amazing! They dont have that box in stock anymore to send us a replacement part, so they are sending an entirely new project. This was our mistake for breaking it, and yet they are going above and beyond to fix it!!

High quality, excellent problem solving! Kiwico is the best ever!
They are always helpful, I am ordering crates for my daughter for years. If I had questions, KiwiCo replied and solved my problem (giving informations, checking my orders etc) in 24 hours. I am from Hungary and I have not been unsatisfied for years. I recommend them for everybody!
