My boys love their crates, and customer service is fast and very helpful.

I emailt the customer support address with a question about renewing my subscription. They directed my inquiry to the customer care team which had just closed for the day (I am in a different time zone), but a team member responded soon after they re-opened, courteously answering my question and preparing my cart for the order I needed so I could complete the order at my convenience.

BEWARE!!!! This company is a complete con and rip off. Sure, the crate was cute, but I bought my son a crate on Black Friday to get 1 crate, only. After that, I successfully CANCELLED my account. The website showed me I cancelled. Then, they suddenly charged me for a crate in March. It went to my bank account. I have tried to dispute this charge but kiwi co. refuses to refund my money for this FRAUD CHARGE! They will make fraud charges to your account and I have chatted and emailed and they still refuse to acknowledge that I CANCELLED the account immediately after trying 1 crate. BEWARE! SCAMMERS! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIT CARD! I have wasted HOURS fighting for my money and these fraudsters insist on ripping off kind moms. REFUND MY MONEY YOU THEIFS!

Really nice box. I signed up for the monthly box in January. We only received one to date. Nothing more. I contacted customer service and they said there was an error and the next box would go out in April. April now. Nothing received. The website doesn't let me log-on to see the status. The bot can't respond. It's a mess. I don't think I will continue. Don't even need to cancel because they never sent anything more. Really a disapointment

The customer service team responded quickly and we're very easy to talk to and friendly. That can make all the difference. We love the monthly crates and having a responsive customer service team makes it even better.

They responded in a friendly and helpful manner when I inquired about replacing some pieces in my grandsons most recent kit. He had inadvertently broken a few small pieces assembling the project. They offered to replace the pieces at no cost.

This is only the second time that I have had a concern with a KiwiCo kit and this time I am sure it was my fault.
KiwiCo support has come through both times with superior customer service.

Every kit they send is not worth the price, even with the "discount." My baby showed very little interest in each crate that arrived every couple of months, even as they got older. Some of the toys are ridiculous and make me really wonder why I'm paying for it. Perhaps their kits for older kids are better, but for babies, I have been finding each crate to be very disappointing. Their return policy is also nonexistent and crap. You cannot return a crate even if it is unopened, even if you want credit for a future crate. I will not be renewing after my 6 month subscription and will plan on exploring Lovevery instead. I did however give one extra star because at least you are able to reach a live customer representative via phone or chat.

*Edit: Kiwico reached out, but I already spoke with a customer representative who told me I could get a refund if I cancelled my last crate. I actually want the 14 month crate so this offer is useless to me.

So, I made a monthly subscription recently. The first order was great -I received 2 boxes, which is correct. Then the next month they sent 2 same boxes. I have 1 child. Then the month after the same again. 2 duplicates in the shipment. Customer service blames me, that I can choose beforehands what the packets will contain and they are not taking back the useless duplicates.
-plot twist: there is NO way to choose what goes in the package. It is duplicates for ever and ever if you stay a subsriber. I obviously left.

I ordered a crate for my son as a surprise present. Before I was able to give it to my son, I was notified about getting charged for the second crate soon. I still forgot to cancel it and a week later I was charged for the second crate. I then canceled the subscription and reached out to support which was very responsive and issued a refund for the second charge. This way we can first open the first crate and then continue the subscription as it was initially intended.

I ordered a crate subscription to be shipped to the wrong address. Even though it was my mistake, your staff went the extra mile to get it resolved for me. They were extremely helpful and handled the problem very quickly. I was very happy with their response and would definitely recommend your company.

When I made my order, for some reason my phone used my address from 9 years ago. I emailed the customer service and they fixed it for me before the package was sent out.
