I had to return an order which unfortunately wasnt quite right for me.
I was a little bit unsure of how it would go as id read a couple of poor reviews on that matter. I must say it was exceptionally easy and the refund to my account was swift. For this reason alone I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again

Beautiful cardigan the style and colour lovely. However I’ve just started wearing it and the wool pils and fluffs so it looks old and tatty already! There’s a hole under the right arm seam and an unfinished stitch on the back which I have secured. Haven’t sent back as I bought couple months ago and just started wearing it last week :(
