I have loved Kiwi and co for a couple of years now, but a recent experience has made me love the company even more.

Slight mishap with the delivery of a product, ( not Kiwi and co’s fault at all ) , however Emily from the customer care team has gone above and beyond to help me with my order!

She has exceeded my expectations by miles and has gone above and beyond to help me replace a damaged item and has been so lovely and understanding and I cannot thank her enough. She is a great asset to the kiwi and co team, so thank you! 🤍

I received the wrong item in my order, which i hadn't opened and checked as it was for a birthday and I've never had any issues with orders in the past.
I emailed and sent a picture of the incorrect item late in the evening. I was contacted the following morning by Emily who arranged for the correct item to be mailed to me, and gave instructions on how to return the incorrect one. The next morning , the correct item arrived!
Fabulous service by Emily, no quibble about the fact I was outwith the returns period either. Have bought from the company previously and would not hesitate to do so again based on the excellent service received by Emily

I’m in love with Kiwi & Co — every piece I’ve bought has been stunning! The cardis and jumpers especially are so cute and comfy. They really do look exactly like the pics, and the quality is genuinely great. Most pieces are one-size and fit beautifully on sizes roughly 6 to 16 — I’m constantly recommending them to friends!

I ordered a couple of items form this company and unfortunately one of them didn’t arrive and got stuck at the evri depot. The team at kiwi and co especially Emily have been absolutely amazing! Even when we had a few other problems due to a small miss communication on my part. They have happily communicated throughout and worked hard to resolve the problem. And the items Iv received are STUNNING!
