Delays in getting goods
I am still awaiting goods that were ordered nearly 2 months ago. I am not being kept informed but have to chase the Company for answers. I have no complaints with the goods.

I recently brought a Stokke pushchair from Kiddisave I am so pleased with the service I was given. I brought all the accessories for the Stokke and it was all at a great price compared to other stores. They give me a estimated delivery time it came when they said with no hassle. I placed an order in good faith with Kiddisave on the 31st March 2012 for goods showing as 'in stock', and was most dissatisfied by their overall service or lack thereof, they dispatched some of my items but not all of them, by the 20th April I still had not received all of my goods, which were paid for IN FULL on the 31st March 2012 so I had to query with them as to why my items had not been despatched within the 3-5 day time frame as per their instructions on their website. Again I re-iterate I only ordered goods that were showing as "in stock" on their website.
I had to telephone them as my numerous emails went ignored, to ascertain what was going on with the remainder of my order, only to be informed by their customer service agent Claire that they were 'expecting a delivery in" the next day and my goods would be despatched immediately and I would receive my confirmation email. How can state on their website that they have goods in stock when in actual fact they are waiting on a delivery in, is this not false advertising?
Yet again I received NO COMMUNICATION from them. I paid for goods and they failed to supply them. After all the stress (Im 8mths pregnant) my husband phoned and demanded a refund which I got several days later.
I must say I find it most surprising, given the current financial climate, that they would conduct their business in this manner, when there are so many similar business out there, vying for my custom! I would never buy anything from Kiddisave again, its not worth the hassle!

Poor customer communication
After placing an order worth a substantial amount, 2 weeks has passed and I still have had no communication as to when my order will be delivered. 2 out of the 3 items had a delivery time of 15 days or less which it has now been.
Also my order on my kiddisave account said completed and shipped, yet Interlink Express did not recognise my order number. Now the order has completely disappeared from my order history.
I have been trying to call kiddisave but cannot seem to get through on their phone line!

System not updated/delayed dispatched.
Contacting kiddisave thru e-mail after 3 days from purchased coz I didn't received any updates with regards to dispatched. Replying me that they can't locate the item I ordered in their system. The money been deducted already from my account, so no reasons why they're delaying the dispatch/delivery. Phoning them week after, they sorted it out and dispatched that day.
If I didn't contact them thru phone, it might be my order gone astray...
Kiddisave will supposed to contact/infomed me ASAP if there was a problem with my order so they can give any options to take.
I'm sorry to give 2 stars rating. Anyway, I'm still thankful you sorted it out. Just hope, thru this review, you will be corrected and your system will always be updated. So no more IN STOCK displayed though it was OUT OF STOCK...Again, thank you and will have a business with you soon. Hope that time you can give me a good service and experience.

Great products and great prices, poor communication
I placed an order for three items all were 'in stock' according to the website. Two of the three items turned up within the stated timeframes. I had to chase up reference the outstanding item, I could not be told when I would get it. Also was told to call back to follow up, tried several times, but no one answered the phone. Tried the email form on the website, with no response. Not impressed with this customer service. I still await delivery of an 'in stock' item ( 2 weeks past since date of order)

A Courtsey Call Would Of Been Sufficient To Explain That It Wasn't Being Delivered To Me On That Day And What Day It Would Now Be Delivered!
Yet Again I Had To Call 14/5/2012 And Yet Again I Was Told It Hadn't Been Sent Out And That They Were Still Waiting On The Delivery From Redkite.
The Reason I Ordered This Highchair Is Because My Son Needs It And By Needs It,I Mean I Needed It Within The 3-5 Days Like It Stated When I Ordered It.
It Was Listed As In Stock.It Was Not A Preordered Item So Why Am I Still Waiting After 15 Days.
