Kiddisave Arvostelua 

I ordered a high chair from Kiddisave. Their website was straightforward and easy to use and place order. They used Interlink delivery service for shipping. These were probably the best courier I've experienced from doing (a lot of!) online ordering. Good email communication from both Kiddisave and Interlink - even got a text on the morning of delivery to let me know when during the day it was going to be delivered. Chair arrived in two days with no problems. Would definitely use Kiddisave again! Thanks :-)

I brought this Maclaren Parkway Footmuff for smaller Maclaren pushchair. Its fits perfectly so Im very happy with this purchase. I would recommend this foot muff for smaller pushchairs.

I can't fault the service, it was excellent plus the child seat I ordered was £10 cheaper than competitors.

I received my order very quickly and was very pleased with the product i bought.

first time I have used kiddisave and all I can say is never again. Purchased a phil and teds and extras, on delivery an item was missing, contacted customer services, only to get constantly no answer or when they didn't wish to answer picking up the phone and cutting you off, NICE! maybe an automated phone system may be the answer here and some seriously good training in customer service. On getting answered finally - no one could give me an straight answer and wanted to call you back, then told me the item would be with me in a few days, over a week and still nothing, phoned again same story. I highly advise anyone not to use this company!

Thought it was very good website. Easy to use. Pram arrived quickly and safely. The courier service allowed you to change the day if the time wasn't suitable which was very good.

I ORDERED A COTBED FROM KIDDIE SAVE AND THEY ONLY SENT ME HALF OF THE PRODUCT. IT HAS TAKEN ME WEEKS OF PHONE CALLS AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT COTBED. I HAVE WROTE AND EMAILED THEIR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT AND THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO RESPOND. I AM APPALLED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AS THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!

I am fully satisfied with service, will definitely come back again :)

shopping to kiddiesave is great / fantastic I bought a buggy for my son and im very satisfied with the product loved it so much the buggy im looking for a long time its excellent . the delivery is very reliable and fast bang on time .

Product was delivered on time. When I emailed customer service with a query I got a reply within a couple of hours which is great, so many companies take days to respond or never do. The best thing I got a bargain price!

We haven't got our items yet - so this review is a bit premature, but Kiddisave requested it from me, so I thought I would right about my experience so far.

We ordered the bugaboo Bee from Kiddisave, when we ordered there was no indication as to what the lead time would be, and there was no indication that any of the items on our order were out of stock. Therefore we anticipated receiving the goods in under 15 days (as this was the time stated if there was an out of stock item - which we didn't have as far as we knew). Sadly we are still waiting and it is 19 days later. Kiddisave took a while to answer their phones when we called to enquire, and we were then told that the lead time is 2 - 4 weeks! News to us considering no one had told us this. Fingers crossed it turns up soon & all is perfect!

poor customer service and long delivery.

The goods I ordered had been discontinued, I e-mailed twice with no response. On contacting them by telephone only then was I told that the car seat I had ordered was no longer available. This has forced me to buy this item elsewhere.

Easy to navigate around website and to place your order. Email received to confirm order and delivery date. It was a shame the delivery driver didn't try to deliver to the correct house number or use the mobile number provided to check if there was anyone at the property to accept delivery.

i bought the disney princess graco booster seat after alot of lookibg around to find it cheapest here. I was emailed conformation straight away and given an estimated delivery date. On this day i was emailed a time slot of an hour of deluvery. And the product came within that hr. I was also given the option to change delivery if the day was inconvenient. 1st time using the company but i will be using again and recommending. Thanks

I bought. The babystyle Domino travel system on the 30th April. I subsequently received an email the next day advising my order had been processed. Up to now I still have not received my travel system. (11th. May). I sent an email to find out the status of my order but did not receive a reply. I had to then take it upon myself to phone. Kiddisave. Only to be told my travel system. Won't arrive till the 18th at the latest. The item was not listed as a pre-order! And I don't understand why Kiddisave did not contact me about this delay! Had I known it would take so long I would have gone elsewhere. My Cousin and friend are pregnant and I recommended that they don't use kiddisave.
