KHP Arvostelua

Flexible, friendly but most importantly, professional. Rented a property in Kings Hill from KHP, India and Tony were an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommended and will of course use them again in the future!

Great service from India, Fast, Informative and very helpful.

After six months with another Estate Agent in Snodland with no offers on my Mother’s house in Snodland or any feedback from them I decided to contact KHP.

The details and photographs were so much better and every week I received a telephone call to update me what was going on. Within a month I had a Buyer - fantastic news.

I would like to thank Louise, Adam, Tracie and Nick for all their hard work, chasing solicitors for updates which I was notified every step of the way.

I would most definitely recommend KHP to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. The personal service you receive is outstanding.

Thanks for all our hard work.

After nearly four and half years on the market I'd nearly given up hope of finding a buyer. I had tried other estate agents in Snodland but they couldn't get me a sale.

Then KHP opened up a branch in Snodland. So I thought I give it one more go, I had heard through friends that they were good but never got round to contacting them until they moved into the High Street.

I phoned them and spoke to Nick, area manager who is really helpful and certainly knows the market and he in came out to see me with Louise, branch manager and gave me a valuation. Within FOUR weeks they found me a buyer !!

A big thank you to Nick, Louise, Tracey and Adam at the Snodland branch who certainly go the extra mile and nothing's too much trouble.

I moved last December to another property in Snodland and if I decide to move again I will defiantly contact them again.

Totally recommend KHP because of Caroline, sales progressor. Frustrating at times, but Caroline kept all the moving parts moving! Onto completion and a new house. Thanks Caroline!

Excellent professional service by all. Communication very good and they all seemed to have their fingers on the pulse,
Caroline, sales progresser really went the extra mile with some frustrating issues!
Would heavily recommend.

From the offer to its acceptance the KHP estate agents were professional and pleasant. But then the real work started. My experience was typical: stressful, laiden with delays and fraught with complications. KHP sales progression was pivotal in getting the sale over the line. At times it seemed Caroline was more stressed out than I was! I can certainly say that she kept her foot to the pedal and never let various parties get away with sluggishness. I’ve no idea what the outcome would have been without her.

KHP have been brilliant from the start, from the market appraisal to completion! They did everything they promised. A very friendly and professional team. (With extra thanks to Gareth and Caroline when the going got tough!) would happily recommend them to anyone!!

Very Happy with the service provided by KHP (India), very friendly and very helpful..... would recommend to friends and family...

KHP is a friendly team that knows the local market extremely well. Each staff member worked hard to ensure we got the sale we needed in a very tough market. Highly recommended.

Thank you KHP, has been a rocky road but not your fault cannot fault them, especially Caroline and Be. Highly recommend them!
Thank you.

With my less than satisfactory dealings with Ward &Partners I found KHP a refreshing change of good, efficient and courteous service.

I have used many estate agents in the past and KHP are hands down a cut above the rest, extremely professional from start to finish, I would recommend KHP to anyone wishing to sell there home.

Very good experience. Caroline the sales progressor was excellent throughout! Very pleased with my new home!

The team have been brilliant during a very stressful exchange. They have proactively chased the chain and remained positive and professional throughout. A special mention to Tracey, Be and Julie.

Good communication throughout the process and excellent photo's and marketing. Property was sold within a few weeks and received asking price. Mr & Mrs Cole

KHP know they’re stuff and were informative & helpful during the sale process of the house. The team aren’t just knowledgeable but also friendly too!
Thanks KHP!

Kings Hill Properties response to us wanting our property to go on the market was immediate. All from initial contact and intial review of our property by KHP, professional photos, viewings, guidence and advise to ourselves and potential buyers and communication were second to none and excellent. Be Merton and Caroline Saunders of KHP were instrumental in making this a quick, successful and stress free experience.

My property was sold at the first viewing day above the asking price
This is an excellent company, very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Sold my property in Maidstone with Country Homes. Professional from start to finish and delivered on everything they promised. Transaction was made painless and went through quickly. Would definitely recommend. Ask for Nick or Gareth.
