KHP Arvostelua

We have recently moved into a rental property in Kings Hill via KHP and the service has been great. The team are really quick at getting everything sorted and staying in touch throughout the whole process. India has been really responsive to any queries that we had and all the staff we encountered were all equally knowledgeable and helpful.
Thank you KHP!

We had an excellent experience selling our house with KHP and would highly recommend their services.
Staff at all levels dealt with our sale. They kept us fully informed at all times regarding the sale and went above and beyond in terms of their willingness to support us during the process. Our registered office was West Malling but that didn’t stop the Kings Hill office supporting us as required. Staff were always prompt in emailing us and phoning us as the sale progressed.
Photography and plans for the sale particulars were of the highest standard which we believe contributed to the interest in the property and enabling the most appropriate viewings from suitable buyers.
We would use KHP if / when moving in the future. This was our second time of using KHP and the first was via the Kings Hill office which was equally as good 10 years ago,

Great service. India really assisted us and managed to get everything arranged in record time.

Tunbridge Wells Country Homes (KHP) were brilliant - really efficient and great communication. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of putting their property on the market. Georgie and his team put my mind at rest every step of the process. Highly professional and trustworthy team.

Louise and her team in the West Malling branch provided us with an excellent professional service for the sale of our property and we certainly recommend them.

I would highly recommend the West Malling branch of KHP Country Homes .From the outset Nick’s valuation and package of service set the bar high; Claire’s photos and work to produce the brochure showed off my home perfectly. The following team of Sally ,Caroline ,Louise and Georgie were particularly supportive with their professionalism, knowledge and regular updates as the sale progressed ; along with the purchase of my next home.Liaison and communication with all parties was always evident throughout the process , which I was very grateful for ,resulting in successful completion all round ! Thank you !

Jack and his team in Snodland were brilliant from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

All the staff at KHP Kings Hill have been lovely to deal with. Be, Brad, Emily and Julie have always replied promptly to any questions that I had. They work well as a team and have always tried to help in anyway they can throughout the house purchase.
They were brilliant at pushing the chain to get exchange through in time for Christmas.
I would highly recommend KHP.

We received a professional and friendly service from all of the staff. Communication was fantastic from start to finish. We appreciate the efforts that were made by Brad, Emily, Be and Julie. They were always prompt in answering questions or queries. They helped ease the stress in moving home. Would highly recommend KHP.

KHP have sold two properties for me recently. I have found them to be unfailingly positive, realistic, professional, and kind. They understand that buying and selling a home is a life experience, not just a business transaction, and they tailor their service to suit the needs of their customers. I have been pleased with their service and content that they have earned their fee by efficient communication and a can-do approach to what can be a complicated and drawn-out process.

We would strongly recommend KHP, throughout the process of selling our house they have been friendly, professional and great at keeping us informed at all times.

They also worked very hard to ensure the sale went through smoothly and as quickly as possible. In short they were a pleasure to deal with and we would have no hesitation in recommended them to others.

Great service all round and massive thank you to Caroline for getting our purchase over the line in time for Christmas. Highly recommend

We are a local plumbing and heating company who work closely with this letting agency and its always been a positive experience when dealing with Kings Hill Properties. The team are highly professional and are always on hand to make sure every job runs as smoothly as possible for all parties involved. Thank you to the team but in particular India and Be (who we work closely with) for being so approachable and attentive.

Very impressed, property was put on the market within a day or so, that weekend 5 viewings and 3 offers, two of which were over the asking price. The best offer was accepted and everything went smoothly without any hiccups. All staff very friendly and helpful, questions answered professionally and quickly, phones always answered promptly n a professionally welcome. I would definitely recommend using.

Caroline was the best for Communication & made the experience as less stressful.

KHP were simply excellent in marketing our house and managing the sale. They were utterly professional, efficient and very, very friendly. They made everything simple and smooth and you can’t ask for any more in what can be a stressful time.

I dealt with Emily who helped us find a buyer. She was professional and responsive to all any queries throughout. Would definitely recommend using them as a knowledgeable local agent
