KHP Arvostelua

Khp Allington came out to give me a property valuation a while ago, they were affective and easy to speak to over the phone, and the lady I met with at the valuation was lovely, when I plan to sell my home I will definitely be using Khp.

Georgie at KHP was fantastic to deal with when we were looking to purchase our house in Kings Hill

He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home, as well as appreciating our “buying position” and the timeframes we wanted to work to

If you’re looking for a customer focused, reliable and professional estate agent Georgie is 100% recommended!

KHP Kings Hill have been absolutely brilliant. Their communication, responsiveness, understanding and diligence was second to none, and this was consistent from start to finish of a prolonged conveyancing process. A special shout to Leo who was exceptional - giving us regular updates (even when there were no updates to report!) and going the extra mile on every interaction. Very highly recommend this company. Thank you KHP for all your hard work.

I wanted to thank you for the excellent service that the staff at KHP in Kings Hill have given. We were particularly impressed with how fantastic Leo has been throughout the process. My buyers wanted a speedy completion and this has come about, to a large extent, thanks to Leo. He has been incredibly diligent in liaising with the solicitors on both sides, together with the buyer and me. He has also shown great diligence in keeping the lines of communication open and pushing the sale through. Leo has always returned calls when asked, which has been hugely helpful and is not as common as you would hope. He has also remained focussed and pleasant to deal with throughout.

Leo is a real asset to the KHP team and has given the best service that we have seen from an estate agent.

I have recently sold and bought a house through Kings Hill Properties.

The selling of my property wasn't the quickest or easiest and KHP were out 2nd agent but the persistence of Georgie and other staff at KHP should be commended, they always kept me informed of feedback and what was going on even though it wasn't always positive.

And albeit we took a while to sell we also bought our new property through them as well so it almost feels as though maybe it was supposed to take a little longer so we got the property we have now.

100% would use again without even looking at other Agents

Throughout my house sale, Georgia has been extremely helpful and very responsive to all correspondence and queries. Even when difficulties and delays were faced, she went over and above to ensure all parties were informed, and kept the sale on track and through to completion.

Thank you Georgia

Finn & Sarah have been incredibly helpful at the Allington branch. Finn showed me around a property and he got back to me within a day with any questions I had. Sarah has been so helpful by also getting back to me with any queries super quick !

Couldn’t thank them both enough !

Had a valuation through KHP a couple weeks ago via the allington branch, everyone was helpful and understanding of my situation, even though i have decided to not sell my property at its current stage if i was to do so i would definitely choose country homes.

I have dealt with many estate agents in the past but the service I received from Sara during the appraisal of my house superceded them all. She is professional but at the same time, has an excellent human touch. I feel well informed and equipped to make a decision regarding the sale. She is an asset to KHP. Thank you.

Conscientious, attentive service with amazing communication and a super-fast sale. I had to sell my late father’s house through probate which I honestly thought was going to be a nightmare (on top of all the other challenges that go with a relative passing). But Louise, Toby, Natalia and Denise were fantastic, all playing their part in the listing, sale and progression to completion. I’ve bought and sold before and found it to be the worst, but these guys were genuinely the best! Would recommend to anyone.

Attended a viewing today only for no one to turn up. These people treat students like shit! Avoid them

Highly recommend Fin, he’s very efficient, and ensured he replied promptly with any queries.
Thanks again 😁

Fabulous customer service despite our challenging buyer. Thoughtful and understanding throughout our probate sale we can highly recommend thank you.

Excellent. Georgie was brilliant. Fast, efficient and caring service. Thank you.

Recently sold and purchased a property using KHP Allington. Their communication and support was excellent throughout the process. From listing to completion took less then 5 months. Thank you Megan and the team at the Allington branch.

After trying other estate agents in the area to sell my property that over promised and definitely under delivered, i was recommended to give Kings Hill Country Homes, West Malling a try. The lovely Louise came and valued my property and very quickly had my house on the market. Once we had a buyer and completed chain, Megan took over the progression, working closely with Louise in keeping me up to speed. Not one of the simplest chains for numerous reasons, both Megan & Louise were constantly on top of everything, working with the solicitors.
I highly recommend KH Country Homes, West Malling to anyone looking to put their property on the market. You will always be welcomed with a big smile from the whole team.
Thank you again ladies for all your hard work.

I have needed 3 different estate agents in the last year. KHP was by far the best.
From the 1st meeting until completion this week, they have been extremely helpful. They gave feedback after every viewing, they were pro-active and gave good advice. I felt that they were supporting me through a difficult time involving a probate property.
Thanks to Megan and the rest of the team involved at the Allington branch.

Having recently worked with KHP Country Homes to sell my late sister’s property, I can honestly say the experience far exceeded my expectations. From the first meeting with the team displayed huge professionalism, expertise and genuine care. They demonstrated thorough knowledge of the local property market, offering insight, advice on pricing and marketing. They kept me informed every step of the way, the communication was faultless. Huge thanks to all the team who were involved with special mentions to Louise, Megan and Sally. However everyone I dealt with or spoke to were just incredible. I cannot recommend this Estate Agent highly enough to anyone looking to sell their property. Their customer care and professionalism, tenacity to find the right buyer and get the sale across the line to completion is absolutely first class. Thank you KHP Country Homes.

We had a really tricky sale at times and were fortunate that despite any adversity face, we had the lovely Julie on side to help, above and beyond her duties and often on her days off! It was down to her and the team, Georgie and Sidney we got there in the end. Thank you all!
