Karbon has truly transformed our company. Our internal communication has improved significantly, enabling us to meet client deadlines more efficiently and on time. We’re now completely aligned in our work processes. Karbon consistently enhances the software to improve user experience, and unlike many other apps we’ve used, they genuinely listen to and value our feedback. Their customer service has been exceptional, and we have no complaints so far!

I appreciate Karbon's drive to constantly develop and improve, and the team’s openness to feedback has been fantastic. It’s been great to have early beta access and to be involved in discussions around potential features. Once you start using Karbon properly, it quickly becomes indispensable—you feel lost without it.

The support team is always responsive and helpful, which I really value.

What a difference Karbon has made to our team for managing workload and emails.
I have never been so up to date on my emails than since being on Karbon, and even if i am out of office i find it really easy to get back up on top which is great as there is nothing worse than falling behind on communications.
For our team it has made the workload much easier to manage from the bookkeeping team to right up Partner level as the system makes it clear who is responsible for what task and what stage the task is up to.
I cannot recommend Karbon enough for how much easier it is to manage the overall workflow within our team and Karbons team from initial onboarding to ongoing support has been brilliant!

I love Karbon and don’t know where I’d be without it! I enjoy using the software and feel it is being continuously developed, which feels like Christmas when features get released!

My accountant uses Karbon. It is awful for the client. Links always expire and then when you ask for a new link, the email never arrives. Garbage.
So I am having to change accountants as it is completely unworkable.
Great for accountants. Diabolical for their clients.

I have been with Karbon for a while now and although rarely needing to deal with support, they have been excellent each time I've dealt with them and all issues were resolved quickly.

I received a call today from Lachlan who is the Marketing VP just to get some feedback and find out if I had any suggestions which as someone who likes to work closely with software providers was highly appreciated!

As confirmed with lachlan I'm excited to see the introduction of Xero integration and am grateful that karbon is one of the only software providers that I've not had any issues from this year!

I have been using Karbon for 2 years now and have not had a complaint since. From internal control to streamlining communication to planning. I use almost no other internal control control system other than Karbon

Taking one bit of responsibility away from me has really given me some breathing space with automated tasks and reminders of tasks to be completed by clients. Takes a load off of my mind.

Triage is a wonderful concept and helps make a difference

Such a frustrating company to deal with. Passed around the houses on everything, no one takes ownership of anything. Really in like pulling teeth to get started.

Subscribed recently and have been very pleased so far. Team of 11 and we used Asana previously. It is well thought out and has been a great decision so far. There are many needed improvements around time tracking coming. Only real complaint is the lack of visual color and control over how things look. Color coding could be really nice add.
