Hard to imagine being without Karbon now
Karbon really helps with the smooth running of our office. In particular, it is great for the centralisation of information, and the monitoring of work. I love having an easily accessible record of all communications (both internal and external) for each client, and the automated system for workflow is fantastic.

My Week, not Triage. Emails?
My colleague recently showed me how to work from my week (I regressed after the Christmas break and worked out of Triage which was a nightmare). I love how I have control over my emails now; they’re either in low priority or my week, and I can manage them there. There’s still lots to learn about using Karbon fully, but this alone is already worth it.
Only downside for me is lack of functionality for emails (especially missing the paint brush, limited emoji’s and formatting).

Only downside is emails. Doesn't let you do tables, mark if important. No read receipt.

Great Product
