Kala Kendar Music Warehouse Arvostelua

Mike walked me through each step to get my D note to play. It was so simple to do with Mike's help.

Staff were very helpful and are extremely knowledgeable!
The selection of incredible musical instruments and other accessories is worth a visit to the store 'just to look'...but you will likely buy something amazing while you are 'just looking'!
I will continue to be a happy, satisfied customer!

Loved my purchase.packaging was great

Excellent quality drum was sent to me very quickly, the sound quality is amazing considering I bought a more modestly priced drum…. Last time I had the same experience where I was thoroughly pleased with the quality of the tabla drums I ordered from Kala Kendar in Toronto.
Thanks you so much !!!

They answered my questions quickly and graciously. Shipping was fast and well-packed and the product is very nice! The attachment hardware supplied with the pedal could have been more nicely sanded and finished to match the quality of the box and pedal itself, I will have to do that myself - and the supplied screws were poor quality. But overall, great purchase. Thanks

I received clear explanations about what needed to be fixed for the harmonium I brought in; the fees were given before the work, so no bad surprise when I came to pick up the instrument.
Very good communication, service and kindness !

I have been a customer at Kala Kendar for many years. Purchasing clothing and muscial instruments and accessories. They have always been very professional and provide high quality stock.

Product arrived intact

Great customer service, with excellent communication throughout the process. As many of the instruments are hand crafted and unique, this is reassuring. Would heartily recommend based on my experience so far

Easy navigation of website.

Amazing case and was delivered in a very timely manner. Would definitely shop here again for dhol cases.

I have not received my instrument yet I have been prompted via email to do a review — so with that said, I will say that on my first call they were friendly but then when I started asking more questions (via email as encouraged) I could tell that the person I was emailing with was growing tired of me and my questions, which were not extensive nor crazy. I was merely needing some clarification before I made, what was a rather big purchase — especially since the instrument is new to me.

I will say the email communication on delivery updates is pretty decent. Apparently it arrives tomorrow.

Good products, excellent service. Always there to help with advice

I am a student of Swapan Chaudhuri living in New York, and have high expectations for replacement heads. The quality of this head and customer service was exemplary. I hope to source more heads from Kala Kendar in the future.Great experience!
