Kala Kendar Music Warehouse Arvostelua

Thank you. I was happy this came by Canada Post, rather than courier. A much easier experience. And grateful it came quickly. I appreciate your prompt service.

I had a fantastic experience at Kala Kendar recently when looking to purchase a shruti box. Mickey was very knowledgeable, and ready to help. I truly felt taken care of as a customer and had all my questions answered with consideration and care. I would absolutely recommend Kala Kendar for anyone looking to learn more about traditional Indian musical instruments.

Answered my questions. Product promptly shipped out.

Easy to order online and shipped. Arrived well packaged and the instrument is perfect.

Easy to find what I was looking for. Simple transaction. Product received in great condition as advertised.

Very happy with the products. Thank you!

Mickey is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the harmonium needed. The annual service on the harmonium provided in good time was great and it is making a great sound. Everyone at the Kala Kendar store was very courteous, helpful and kind.

Easy to order, and I'm happy with my harmonium bag.

Their customer service was excellent and efficient! High quality of instruments being provided with good pricing. Definitely would recommend to others!

Kala Kendar is good company to do business with.

it arrived in one piece

I have made it a point to visit the Toronto warehouse in person a couple times now. I've left with high quality musical instruments and have been totally satisfied with the quality, artisanship, and care in the shipping process to the U.S.A!

Mickey was very helpful, knew our harmonium well and repaired a stuck key and did a full service on it. It’s now playing beautifully despite our being way overdue on having the servicing done. He was also able to change our appointment time so we could bring it in on a day when we were in Toronto thus saving us the effort of a special trip in from Kitchener. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

only company I could find to supply ring for Tabla foot.

Love it here service is great … my shruti tune up was amazing, and now it plays so beautifully

Mickey was amazing! The store is a real gem with an amazing variety of top quality South Asian instruments. Wonderful customer service.

The process of ordering and recieving was smooth. The product (gungroo) is very good quality. Thank you Kala Kendra for being here in Canada and promoting our heritage.

I found Kala Kendar through Google. Purchased the instrument, a low G Shruti Box, online. The descriptions on the website were very helpful, along with a bunch of videos. The site talks about the makers they work with in India. Shipping to the states was no problem, even during these crazy times. Every time it moved during shipping I got an email. Played it for the first time at practice this evening. It's perfect, everyone that hears it loves it. Even my son said, "whatever you paid for that, it was worth it." lol. I play clawhammer banjo and upright bass and a little guitar in a few old time string bands. Kala Kendra Music made it easy for me, must be musicians working there :). Thank you.

Great quick, quality service. Tabla set is great quality!

Best service ever! Very quick and excellent repair on my 20-year-old tabla, so I can start practicing again.
